Which shows on my reservation. I also confirmed with you personally Mrs. Petrow that I would be given a wheel chair accessible room. You stated that I would only be able to get it if I requested it in my reservation. Which is proven I did. Not only did I not receive the correct room. You charged me a 40$ fee for early check in which I paid in cash. Even more so I woke up this morning with roaches. Below will be attached a video. Also in the subject line you will see a ticket number. This was filled with customer relations by Janiah from headquarters. She also has escalated this issue to hire management. She tried reaching out to the property via phone call this morning. I was standing in the lobby while no one answered her phone call. There was two employees sitting in the lobby on their cell phones. All videos have been emailed over to Janiah with customer relations. She single handedly had an opportunity to see how unprofessional this hotel is ran. While being in the phone with CR she attempted to call the property twice while I stood in the middle of the lobby and listen to the phone just ring over and over again. This has been the worst experience EVER. Even more so the fact that your the leader at this property and have failed terribly to properly run this establishment effectively.

This isn’t going well so far. I checked in yesterday. For some reason, they added 20% to my bill, in case I smoke in the room. I don’t smoke. When I checked in, I requested enough towels and coffee pods for the week (5 big towels, 5 wash cloths, 10 coffee pods). The young lady at the desk said she would leave a note for housekeeping. I’m trying to lessen housekeeping’s exposure to my cooties and my exposure to their cooties. This has not been a problem with any other hotel where I have stayed in the past 14 months, and there have been several. After work today, I was at the grocery store picking up a few things and someone called from the hotel. She said they can’t give me towels for the week but the coffee is in the room. I requested an extra blanket because I like the room to be cold but I need to be warm. I was told there might be an extra blanket, stop by the front desk. They gave me another comforter. Ok, that will do. Got to the room and there is no coffee. Housekeepers are in the hall, three of them. I ask for the coffee. None of them can figure out how to hand me a bunch of coffee pods. I’m going to call the front desk after I take a shower, we’ll see how it goes. So far, these folks have done nothing that makes me want to stay here again. Also, I’m a bit concerned about the neighborhood. I’ve lived in some pretty sketchy places and my first year of doing archaeology was spent at a Motel 6 that was pretty bad. This is obviously not the wealthy section of town and I’m fine with that, but the paper I signed when I checked in had something on it about how they work closely with the police. Is there illegal activity going on here that we should know about? I just want a clean and safe place to stay.

I traveled to the Bay Area for a memorial service. I had my 90 year old, disabled father in tow. After the long drive, my dad had great difficulty getting out of the car and walking. The friendly and helpful staff was right there to help me and even loaned us a wheelchair for the weekend. We got a suite on the 5th floor. Although it was not ADA accessible, it did have a walk-in shower and wide doorways. There was a nice balcony with a great view of the bay. The bedroom and living room had separate air controls (which was wonderful as I run hot and dad runs cold). There is a full, 6-person conference table in the suite! My cousins brought dinner over and we had a family dinner right in our room! We also hosted family and friends in the very comfortable downstairs bistro area for drinks and conversation. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was great!
