Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Super clean. All staff was extremely friendly and polite. Room and surrounding area was very well maintained. Beautiful view.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly. It was clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The front desk manager, Schelerria was unnecessarily rude when asked her name. Was simply requesting a late check-out and she refused her name 3 times with an attitude. The worse encounter I’ve ever had at a Hilton property. Resulted in getting the late check out, but common courtesy is to provide your name, especially upon request.

This Home Suite 2 was not like any other. The rooms reminded me of a motel the bathrooms were ok. I didn't like the red walls. I would only stay here if I had no other choice. Air conditioner unit had a big piece missing and the room has a smell. It didn't feel clean. But the front desk clerk was very nice and gave me another room. I felt a little bit more comfortable

First I had booked a King bed and when I arrived it was a double Queen. Went to call the service desk only to realized the phone didn’t work. Did some investigating myself only to see the end of the phone line was tucked under the bed frame to make it seem like it was plugged into a Jack or something, BUT only to realize there was no phone Jack at all behind the bed. Found a phone Jack across the room by the tv so I moved the phone and plugged it in only to realize the phone or the Jack didn’t work at all. So had to go down to the service desk and speak with the polite lady at the desk. Also the doo to our room, which are metal doors, was hanging up on the door frame so you had to literally push the door close with some heavy force and make sure it closed or your room could be entered if not closed by force. Second, obviously they had satellite cable or whatever. My wife and I were watching a good movie and a small thunderstorm came the tv reception kept losing reception for minutes at a time every few minutes which made us miss a lot of the movie. So I give this place 2 stars ONLY because the staff was nice!!

Overbooked and I was turned away at check in. Your reservation failed me. But was lucky enough to find a wonderful Holiday Inn Express next door. Great rate and really nice staff.

I arrived late and was happy to find a nice clean room and a comfortable bed after a long day.

Everything was great except the heat was not working properly. Guest services did come and worked with it to help it get a little warm, but overall I was well satisfied.

The dishwasher was full of water and leaking. Maintenance did look at it right away but was unable to fix it. I said we were only staying one night so it really didn’t matter. He did volunteer another room but we were unpacked so it was fine.

Clean friendly environment! Kinda an old feel but you can tell they are updating. Breakfast was okay. Good for the price.

Unclean. The hotel is undergoing some rennovation, but my room had not been cleaned for some time. One of the towels was actually wet.

The room was clean and location is very quiet. I was also glad to see they were replacing beds with brand new beds.

It was definitely a place I'd stay again. Everything such as the mall, other shopping places, and food places were within 10 to 15 minutes. Definitely enjoyed it!
