Loved this place, we were visiting den Haag for 3 days, the tram 17 stops around the corner and the train station super close by to go to Rotterdam, we had a very good sleep there’s no noise it’s a very calm and quite area yet there’s a mall and restaurants within 15 minutes walk !

Hôtel bastion plus propre que le précédent mais malheureusement toujours pas à la hauteur de son prix malgré tout. Pour un cours séjour afin de juste dormir sur place cela suffit attention aussi au restaurant que je trouve cher pour ce que c’est ainsi que le « verre offert » normalement dans tout les bastion hôtel, celui ci a été « oublier » lors de notre arrivés nous l’avons donc demander au cours du service du soir, la première serveur semblait ne pas savoir de quoi nous parlions et a demander sa responsable celle ci nous a demander si nous voulions qu’elle aille voir elle aussi son supérieur, par politesse et surtout par gène nous avons déclinés cette offre ensuite nous avons quand même été voir le réceptionniste afin de payer notre repas et ainsi lui toucher un mot sur ce fameux ticket qui au final nous a été tendu tant bien que mal. Nous avons effectivement vu qu’il ne le donnais à aucun clients serais donc dû à un oubli ou à l’envie de ne pas faire profiter de cette offre qu’eux même ont mit en place ? En soit l’hôtel est suffisant mais ne vous attendais à du grand luxe surtout pour un 4 étoiles.

When we arrived the reception was empty. There was not even a welcome drink in the room. The cleanliness of the hotel in general and the room in particular left a lot to be desired. Nothing you would expect from a 5 star hotel.The room was horribly decorated. The rug under the bed was completely crooked, and a wooden lamp that almost pierced my eyes twice. Over the bed there was a button that said do not disturb with a night light so bright it was impossible to sleep well. The bedroom furniture was old and chipped.The bathtub had one of the faucets broken.The hotstone massage was one of the worst ever. Impossible to relax when the masseuse tries to make conversation and makes so much noise with the stones that it is impossible to relax even 1 min. The pool was okay. The rest of the SPA we did not try.We booked dinner at reception but when we arrived at the restaurant there was no reservation. The rest was across the street from the hotel, very uncomfortable having to go out to dinner in another building, especially on a cold and rainy day. But the worst was yet to come. We asked if it would be possible to make a bowl of rice or pasta for our 3 year old daughter but they refused. What restaurant, much more than 5 stars, refuses to make a simple rice for a child? Neither the poorest restaurant nor a 3 star hotel. Then we ordered fondue for two. When the waitress brought us the food came a plate with 5 small pieces of grilled meat and a tiny bowl of fries. When we said that it was not what we had ordered, but the fondue, they told us that the restaurant no longer made fondue. But then why was it on the menu? Why didn't the employee who served us the first time inform us that there was no fondue? As the dish that came was very little food for 2 adults and 1 child, we ordered another steak. Waiting another 30 min. When the waitress came with the plate, she dumped the fries all over the floor. We had to wait a little longer for the fries.The steak was good but for 30€ you expected a little more than 5 tiny strips of meat and a small bowl of pre-fried supermarket potatoes. Needless to say, our 3 year old daughter ate very poorly.Definitely untrained and very unfriendly staff.Breakfast was mediocre for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast at the level of a 2 star pension. 5 star hotel has absolutely nothing. At most 3 stars and already very forced. In the end they wanted to charge us 15€ for the car park when the reservation we made on booking.com said that the car park was free. As we complained about the bad service they did, they decided to withdraw the 15€ from the final bill and the two tonic waters we drank for dinner. Hotel not recommendable at all.

We’ve stayed here before so knew what to expect. Returned for a 4 night stay in September during the heat wave and had a brilliant time. Hotel is super clean and the room amenities are fantastic. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Air con is brilliant as are the showers! The front desk staff were really helpful letting us check in some 3 hours early as we’d travelled through the night. 5* what’s not to love!

Great hotel, nice employee, fantastic service, phenomenal experience. I stayed there with a friend for a week, each day we left the hotel at the morning/noon before 11 am. Afterwards we got a cleaned room with new bathtubs and also the kitchen was refilled. The personal was cool. Would like to stay a bit longer

Minibar leer, das übliche Wasser ( als Diamant Member ) nicht auf dem Zimmer Bei der Nachfrage am nächsten Morgen bekam ich die Antwort das es Wasser nur am Anreisetag gibt Die Minibar kann nicht gefüllt werden, weil dafür das Personal fehlt, so die Erklärung des Duty Managers am heutigen Morgen! Die Rezeptionistin war zudem sehr arrogant Ich denke es ist in der Verantwortung des Hotels, dafür sorge zu tragen das bei der Anreise alles stimmt , in unserem Zimmer war jedenfalls nichts Meine Frage warum man eigentlich kein Willkommens Geschenkt gibt, wurde damit beantwortet, das man zu viele Diamant Member hat und dies nur bei Gästen macht die mehr als 5 Tage bleiben Wir hatten ein Upgrade bekommen, aber nur in ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Innenhof obwohl alle Zimmerkategorien frei waren Begründung….. zu viele Diamant Member Ich denke Hilton versteht den Begriff Honors selbst nicht mehr Beschämend finde ich aber, dass nach meiner Beschwerde bei Duty Manager, noch nicht einmal eine einfache Entschuldigung von Seiten des der Hotel Leitung kam Offensichtlich hat das Hotel es nicht nötig Ich für meinen Teil werde das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen und kann es auch nicht weiter empfehlen The price for the room had been more then 300 Euro ! Of course without parking ( 30 Euros ) No more comments

I am solo so the little room I got was perfect. 100 € a night so stayed two nights. They don’t have parking but the garage across the street is large, clean and safe. 20€ night but they’ll stamp it to give a little discount. I was literally in the heart of everything I wanted to see. I was a block from that famous view with the canal and tilted church Vermeer painted and the market square. Staff was awesome and helpful which includes the front desk and the breakfast staff. My only negative is even with the window closed I could still hear people laughing and walking by hotel which is a common path for people/bikes. Bring earplugs. Breakfast wasn’t the best and I’m really glad I didn’t pay the full 20€. It ended up being about 10 each day because it was “ included” in price which I paid 20 extra for 2 days. If you want convenience go for it but if you have time just get breakfast at one of the many restaurants within 1-2 blocks. Overall I am very happy with my stay. Thank you! Very welcoming hotel. It is located just 2 minutes from the underground and 7 minutes from The Hague train station. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning and the WiFi network are at the top in all the compartments of the hotel. The catering service and room maintenance are permanent and systematic. The quality and professionalism of the staff guarantee the safety and discretion of the customers. This is a hotel that personally appealed to me during my brief stay in The Hague. Hotel was clean and modern and the staff on the front desk were outstanding and very helpful, especially the two ladies on duty. They helped me with taxi issues and I am truly thankful. Will definitely return for another stay because of the staff.
