房間設施尚好，衛生間很大且乾濕分開，早餐品種豐富。但入住體檢較差，主要是服務不行，設施缺乏維護影響正常使用。預訂房間含三小時免費供氧，入住后聯繫前台2次均答應馬上來開機，左等右等不來，到前台詢問答覆說忙不過來，退30元錢讓自己掃碼開機。房間制氧機的噪聲較大。入住822房間衛生間洗澡大噴頭壞了，小噴頭支撐鬆了支不住，壞了不是一兩天了，設施缺乏維護，不能正常使用。停車位緊張，地下停車場進口和出口是一個，車位空間較小，進出車考驗車技。酒店服務人員缺乏培訓，問詢問題答非所問，態度冰冷。總體入住體驗較差。

訂的是藏式雙床房，到店發現房間沒有供氧。我們團隊多有高反。經與前台商量，同意換到貴賓樓供氧雙床房。這要為酒店前台點贊👍。但是每間房補差價162元，貴了點。而且要自費供氧，每小時十元。四星酒店每間房四百多，供氧還要自費，人家二百多的酒店都能免費供氧。衹能說性價比低。早餐很好，品種多。

雖知維也納酒店很有名 但是之前也沒有真正入住過 經過這次的住店 深刻體會到酒店的服務態度服務質量。在我們預訂完酒店後酒店工作人員給我們打電話問是否知道酒店位置 是否需要接送並很有禮貌的問我們是否知道酒店的具體位置，房間有什麼需求，這讓我感覺到無比欣慰。剛到日喀則就有點缺氧頭痛的感覺，但是酒店給我們送了製氧機、體温計、還給我們送了茶水 並關心我們身體是否有好轉，還幫我們洗了衣服、晾衣服等服務。到酒店辦入住的時候工作人員幫我們拉行李，幫我們把行李送到房間裏，這服務真的那時候真是雪中送炭，（缺氧的原因）反正這次酒店的入住整體很滿意，性價比高。房間寬敞明亮、沒有任何異味，全屋智能，設備齊全，房間乾淨，周圍環境也可以房間裏還有小度為我們服務，幫我們關燈、關窗户、關電視等很方便。前台小姐姐還幫我們推薦了當地的特色藏餐還有當地有名的景點等還給我們耐心的講解了具體位置，怕我們迷路，酒店讓安保工作人員幫我們做接送服務並留下了聯繫方式。回到酒店後還送水果跟茶水，並且還贈送了真氣眼罩、一次性浴巾等禮品。酒店的服務在任何時間都有，問了之後發現酒店是24小時在前台有人，還提供了免費的早餐。後院有很大的停車場而且還免費，可隨時進出車輛。最值得誇獎的前台服務人員工作態度真的很棒很熱情 點贊👍點贊

BBenjaminThe location is in the Mount Everest Base Camp. It can't get any better! The tent has several rooms, and I stayed in one of them. The tent is reasonably clean, and there is a fireplace where fellow travellers share stories and dinner around in the evening. Late at night, the tent is just 2-3 minutes walk to an open area where you can get an unobstructed night view of the Milky Way. The only downside is the tent is pretty far from the toilet facilities. You have to walk 3 minutes to take relieve yourself. And the toilets are only the squatting type.

HHaselaqiuruiHotel ini sangat bagus. Saya turun dari Kem Pangkalan Everest. Sudah pukul 9 malam. Meja penyambut tetamu dengan penuh semangat membawa kami ke bilik, menghidupkan oksigen dan pelembap, dan membantu kami membawa bagasi ke bilik. Ia sangat menyentuh hati. Restoran ini masih dibuka selepas pukul 9 malam, dan makanannya lazat dan murah.
Kemudahan hotel sangat baik, tandas pintar, oksigen, sangat baik, mengesyorkan tinggal.

PPengguna Tetamu自駕西藏幾乎是一種自虐式的旅遊，晚上盼望的無非是一間舒服的房間。沒錯，我隨手定了“最好的”房間，可是我沒想到21:00未進城遠遠的看見的水晶燈光城堡的對面就是我定的酒店！！
餓着肚子到了酒店，嬉皮笑臉的問前台女生要方便麪（因為無法再升級房間），旁邊一個藏族小哥冷若冰霜地閃現進來，可是我又沒皮沒臉笑容滿臉地揮手對人家hi，瞬間小哥的臉上的冰雪全部融化似乎一夜夏日到了，兩位給了我最好最好的有着無與倫比的、巨大景觀陽台的、可直觀宗山古堡的房間！還贈送我了兩盒泡麪！！兩位居然一路護送我們到了房間。
海拔4000多米的酒店，吹着夜風，面對着古堡夜色吃着泡麪…夫復何求！

CChenshuyanTinggal di Gyangze, akhirnya saya memilih Minghu Hotel ini. Gyangze County tidak besar, dan lokasi Minghu Hotel ini cukup bagus. Diagonal bertentangan adalah Hospital Rakyat, dan terdapat banyak makanan berdekatan. Kira-kira dua hingga tiga kilometer dari stesen bas, Kuil Baiju, dll. Namun, tidak ada bas di Gyangze, jadi anda harus berjalan kaki atau menaiki teksi. Biliknya agak besar, persekitarannya cukup bagus, dan tempat tidurnya baik-baik saja.

Kemudian dikenakan bayaran 99 yuan. Sakit kepala, dan nampaknya tidak berguna. Deposit tunai diperlukan untuk daftar masuk, dan sarapan diperlukan untuk menghabiskan wang sahaja.
