Spacious apartment, in a green and quiet area, very close to the historic center and a short distance from the sea. It is on the second floor of a building consisting of six apartments, with a shared garden; it has a reserved and free parking space, in a fenced communal courtyard behind the house; it also has a free garage for any motorcycles and bicycles. Furthermore, there is the possibility to park freely also along the street in front of the house.
On the roof of the building there is a large communal terrace, overlooking the bell towers of the city.
The area, quiet and central, is perfect for those who want to relax, while enjoying the liveliness of city life and the pleasure of the beach. In fact, the historic center can be easily reached on foot, in less than 10 minutes; the large park is around the corner, less than 5 minutes away; the beach is 2.8km away, and can be reached on foot (around 30 minutes) or by car (around 10 minutes).
The apartment is complete with all bed linen, towels and kitchen towels;
the linen is of refined quality and is provided for FREE.
For stays longer than 7 nights, extra spare linen is provided, FREE.
Beach towels are available to guests, FREE.
FINAL CLEANING is also free and included in the price.
For stays of at least 7 nights, a strong DISCOUNT is automatically offered.
Various baby equipment is available for FREE on request: cot, high chair, small bathtub, coffee table, high chairs, books and toys.
The price includes the rent of the ENTIRE APARTMENT, with all the services available and indicated in the announcement.
The price refers to the apartment occupied by 2 people; for each additional person, 10 Euros per night will be calculated; for children under the age of 14, 5 Euros will be discounted each for each night. The discount for children will be applied after booking. In summary: Internet / WiFi, air conditioning, initial supply of drinks and consumables, all household linen, with weekly change of supplies, baby equipment, final cleaning, parking space ... are all bonuses and services INCLUDED in the price: NO ADDITIONAL EXPENSES.
Any extra services not foreseen in the announcement (such as, for example, supply of linen exceeding the expected weekly change ...) will be agreed in advance and to be paid on the spot.
The apartment is equipped with everything and is equipped with every comfort.
The living area includes: a large entrance hall furnished and equipped with a large mirror; a spacious and perfectly equipped kitchen, complete with dining table and dishwasher; a bright living room with a peninsula sofa, a 40 "full HD Smart TV, a dining table and a nice balcony with a small table and chairs.

All the main shops and services are located in the immediate vicinity (bus, pharmacy, Conad supermarket, laundry, pizzeria, bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants ...). Leaving the house on foot, in 10 minutes you can reach all the major tourist attractions of the city:
the Tiberius Bridge, Borgo San Giuliano, Piazza Cavour, the Vecchia Pescheria, the Galli Theater, Castel Sismondo, Corso d'Augusto, Piazza Tre Martiri, the Duomo, the Arco d'Augusto and all the lively and attractive historic center of Rimini.
The large park "XXV Aprile", just around the corner, is ideal for running and has a large children's play area, various picnic areas, an outdoor fitness trail and many beautiful paths leading to the sea or along the river.
The apartment is not far from the train station, which is about a 15/20 minute walk away.
The owner will welcome you on arrival and will be available during your stay. Upon departure, you will be free to leave the house independently, within the time limit set for check-out.
The owner will inform you about events and parties planned in the city and on the Riviera and, if you wish, will be happy to accompany you for free on an orientation tour in the most beautiful areas of the city and the sea.
The apartment is complete and comfortable, located in a strategic position and suitable for any type of stay: summer and beach holidays, spring and autumn weekends, end of year holidays, concerts and shows. It is particularly suitable for families with children, and for all those who love walking and cycling; if you have not brought your bicycles with you, you can easily rent them in one of the many bike rental points, in the city or on the seafront.
It is an excellent starting point for trips and excursions by car, as it is located near all the main roads. It is also ideal for those with professional needs and for those who intend to participate in trade fairs and conferences: in fact, the motorway exits of Rimini Nord and Rimini Sud, the modern 'Palacongressi and Rimini Fiera are easily accessible. Business trip
Excellent in everything. Perfect comunication with Angela. She helped us a lot. Flat was as described, very clean with many details how to use everything. Flat is very well located, close to bus stop, supermarket and city centre.

The apartment is located perfectly close to the ancient city center, very quiet and safe. It is excellently equipped, bright and convenient. The host is very nice, friendly and supportive. During our stay we had a little issue with the varying warm water system.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Diese Ferienwohnung ist nur zu empfehlen .Bereits die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr einfach und herzlich. Am Tag der Anreise wurden wir persönlich von Angela empfangen. Sie hatte sogar bereits einen Parkplatz für uns reserviert ganz unweit der Wohnung. Sie nahm sich noch die Zeit und zeigte uns in Ruhe die Wohnung. Parken war generell kein Problem.In der Ferienwohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Sie ist räumlich sehr großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Den Balkon kann man entspannt in der Abendsonne genießen. Die Wohnung liegt unweit vom historischen Zentrum von Rimini entfernt.Zum Strand muss man ca. 30 Minuten laufen.Die Ferienwohnung ist ein guter Ausgangort für weitere Unternehmungen ins Umland von Rimini.In der Ferienwohnung waren sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Informationen, auch in deutscher Sprache, vorhanden.

An alles gedacht
Unser Aufenthalt bei überwiegend überraschend kaltem Wetter war sehr angenehm: die Wohnung ist hell und groß und sie hatte eine gute richtige Heizung. Das große Bett war sehr bequem. Die Vermieterin hat alle Wünsche eines Mieters sorgfältig bedacht - danke!: ein Rotwein und ein Bier für den Start, Kaffee für die ersten Tage, Busfahrkarte, Mülltrennung mit Wandschild, zweiter Schlüssel, Prospekte in mehreren Sprachen, Fahrradgarage undundund - alles einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist ruhig, Innenstadt und Gastronomieviertel via Park sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Parken konnten wir vor dem Haus und hätten das wohl täglich wieder gekonnt, wenn wir das Auto bewegt hätten. Die Freisitzmöglichkeit auf dem Balkon ist etwas beengt - aber bei schönerem Wetter hätten wir wohl den Esstisch bei geöffneter Balkontür ganz an den Balkonrand gestellt und auch das wäre angenehm geworden.

Entspannter und abwechslungsreicher Urlaub
Großartig. Da wir in der Nebensaison unterwegs waren, gab es nirgends Stress, aber trotzdem noch genügend Angebote. Wir hatten aber auch Glück mit dem Wetter 🌝
Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zur Altstadt sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.

Vielen lieben Dank an die super freundliche Gastgeberin! Wir Familie mit zwei Kindern 6 und 8 haben eine tolle Zeit in Rimini gehabt. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man so im Alltag braucht!
