Everything is beautiful for us as your customers. The hotel has everything for travelers: its own parking place, a clean and comfortable room with a well-equipped bathroom and even a sauna, excellent breakfast, and hospital staff in the reception and dining room. Of course, the location near the sea with a beach is a specific privilege of your hotel. We had only the pleasure staying at the Hotel Polo.

The staff, accommodations, and breakfast at Hotel Villa Rose Riviera were outstanding. As Americans who speak little Italian and had a penchant for being loud and annoying, we were tolerated beautifully. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is right across from the beach and in the middle of amazing shops and restaurants. There is music right around happy hour and sometimes throughout the night. Fun, young music. You are supplied with beach towels, samples of their products and bike rental at no charge. The bikes were great. I suggest #7. When I return to Rimini, I will be staying here and suggest all visitors do the same. Request an ocean view room.

Very beautiful place. Nice hotel corresponding to 4* quality. The reception worked 24/7 and always very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are comfy with a view of the sea, very clean. Every day new towels. Nice outdoor seating. Sandy beach at a distance of 3 minutes from the hotel. The only minus is the fee of 20 euros for a sunbed+parasol for 2 person/per day. Otherwise, the sea and the beach are clean. We enjoyed it very much.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel, and the breakfast was a highlight. The Italian breakfast at this hotel was simply amazing! From the rich espresso to the delicious pastries and cheeses, the sweets are not to be forgotten, it felt like a taste of Italy every morning. A delightful way to start the day! I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

Centrally located with the beach and numerous stores, markets and restaurants available all around and at walking distance. Perfect for a beach vacation/holiday. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room and bathroom were spacious enough. Small mini fridge available in the room. Paid parking right next to the hotel premises available as well as outside/public (with toll IF you’re lucky enough to find one). All in all would stay again.

Abbiamo passato due notti nell’hotel Bianca Vela io, mio marito e mio figlio e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Camere e toilette puliti c’era anche un terrazzino. Colazione mista, dolce e salato ed anche un cestino con prodotti confezionati misti per me e mio figlio visto che siamo celiaci. Ma in aggiunta senza rischio contaminazione c’era la frutta, yogurt bianco e alla frutta senza glutine, marmellatine, miele. La macchina automatica per prepararsi autonomamente il cappuccino, latte macchiato, the caldo era senza rischi di contaminazione in quanto erogava caffè in grani macinato al momento e il latte era fresco all’interno di un grande serbatoio riempito quotidianamente e non latte in polvere che sarebbe stato a rischio per noi celiaci. L’orzo lo fanno con un’altra macchina. La Signora della reception ed il ragazzo della Sala e le Signore delle pulizie sempre disponibili gentili e sorridenti! Spiaggia convenzionata a 200 metri o una grande spiaggia libera a 500 metri. Ad 1,5 km circa c’è un bel parco acquatico Beach Village con prezzi molto modici! Siamo stati proprio bene! Peccato che non c’erano altre notti disponibili sennò ci saremo fermati più che volentieri.

Stayed here in room 212 for 4 nights. I arrived pretty late due to flight and train delays, but there was no problem checking in at 11pm. Check-in was simple and all they needed was the passport. There's a city tax which wasn't charged until check out My room was on the 2nd floor and there's a lift. The room was supposed to be a double, but the bed was obviously two singles pushed together. The mattress was soft. Although it was comfortable enough, it was uncomfortable at the juncture of the two mattresses. The ensuite bathroom had a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and sink, with towels provided. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and there was no problem getting hot water. The room also has a desk, but no chair. The staff were kind enough to get me a chair after I made a request for one. The hotel has a lovely courtyard with a garden and lots of seating sheltered under gazebos. On a sunny day, it’s lovely to sit in the courtyard. The room had a small balcony with just enough room to stand and overlooked the courtyard. Pleasant, but not all that useful. There's WiFi throughout the hotel, with no problem getting a signal anywhere on the hotel grounds. It worked well. Location wise, the hotel is 10 minutes walk to the beach, beaches 28 to 32 if walking directly towards the sea, about 15 minutes to Rimini FS train station and about 20 minutes walk into town. The building is in an area mix of residential housing and converted hotels. Overall, I had a good stay. The rooms are slightly old fashioned, but comfortable. The staff are welcoming and friendly. For the price paid, there’s not a lot to complain about.

very good place. the service staff is very nice. Delicious and fresh breakfast! room service every day, although we only stayed for two days. You can see the sea from the window of the room. I recommend it because it is an excellent price-quality ratio!
