Location and breakast was positive but the sevice attitude of receiption staffs was horrable.

great location, rooms were clean, and good service. had facilities but didnt use them so not sure how they were.

It was overall a nice stay. Breakfast was fine. The room was small and basic, but clean and organized enough. The hairdryer was broken. The cleaning service skipped one day, don't know why. The price was high for what you get but im that area especially during high carnival season it's a good deal.

I really liked it. The hotel was very quiet, clean, well located and had working elevators and no queues. The breakfast was very generous and the staff was very helpful and kind. I will be back again.

Excellent service, highlighting Bruno's cordiality. Great breakfast, good service at the cafe too. Room strongly matches the photos. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning off. Apparently the room facing the pool is not soundproofed but the noise was not bothersome.
