Mosca varejeira durante refeição no bar dos ventos hotel cristal.
Comida fria, em especial o filé, no bar dos ventos hotel cristal.
Arroz duro de ressecamento no jantar, à noite no bar dos ventos.
Picado por formiga na área das espreguiçadeiras da área VIP da praia do cerrado.
Suporte pra carregamento de celular quebrado na área VIP da praia do cerrado.
Atendentes não removem lixo deixado nos balcões dos bares no parque das fontes, em especial à noite.
Acho que se paga muito pela qualidade do que oferecem.
Promotores de vendas de pacote de plano de férias inconvenientes, ao nos abordar no saguão do hotel.
Falta de papel para enxugar as mãos no banheiro localizado no saguão do hotel cristal.
Ficamos total e profundamente desconfortáveis ao sermos pressionados e “forçados” a comprar plano de férias da Aviva VACATION Club, sem chances para refletir e analisar o que estava sendo oferecido.
Constrangedor.
Lamentável.
Cancelamos contrato dentro dos 7 dias que a Lei de Desefa do Consumidor assegura.

Sprawling hotel with decent accommodations. The hotel is very close to the Water Park, which is the main attraction. Food is buffet style, decent for breakfast, average for lunch and dinner. Outside options (Like Pizzaria Oliva) are cheaper and better. Staff is very friendly and useful. The check-out time is outright outrageous: 10 a.m. 😱. When vacationing you may still be asleep at that hour or maybe just having breakfast. The checkout, in contrast, can be as early as 12 noon, which is good. The wifi works decently only in the main complex, in the rooms is very variable (you have a signal but little or no bandwidth). Overall, a decent choice, not much to write home about.

This is a location I travel to once per year from the last 13 years and I like it very much. This time the service we got from Cairo, Kalita, Fatima and Lucas were extremely good! Their enthusiasm and happyness were contagious. If you’re looking for a place to rest, confy rooms and a great service, this is the place.

Probably the most relevant warm water resort in the world. Enormous cristal clear water volume used in a great variety of entertainment resources for a very agreeable holiday period that everyone should experience.

Loads of fun and attractions, good food, good bedrooms not to mention the amazing hot water and the wonderful employees. Perfect for couple, children, elderly and the whole family. Everything in Rio Quente Resorts is carefully prepared for the guest. I recommend it.

What an amazing week in Hotel Cristel. Everyone greeted us with a smile and ready to help us with anything we needed. The staff here is excellent. Many people went above and beyond to make our stay the absolute best. From the front desk, help with our bags, service at the bar near the pool and the breakfast/lunch restaurant. Franciane, Patrik and Cairo provided 5-star service every breakfast and lunch. Their VIP service is exceptional and I can’t say enough good things about them. They are TOP!
