Extended Stay America Suites - Albuquerque - Rio Rancho Blvd

Great hotel for families with the extra space and kitchen area. The staff gave great customer service. Needs some updating but the price is reasonable so we would definitely stay here again.

On Friday night we had someone walk right in to our room. She had a key and sa I d they were moving us to another room, and gave her our room. It was 945pm. We didnt know what was going on. She left back down stairs. We had a supervisor bang on the door at 1030pm. Literally bang. We were asleep. She said our booking had disappeared from the system. Said sorry. Not sure what happened. Next morning we forgot something in our room, and went to go back in. Our keys didnt work. We had to go down stairs and re key our cards.

Checking in was conducted my a surely individual. Room was run down tiles falling in shower, unknown substance on the door. Outside window on the ground floor was propped open with a pill bottle. Sheets were stained, room smelt off. If all you need is a bed it'll work but it's definitely not somewhere I'd stay again. Fair amount of people living out of their cars in the parking lot.

Great place to stay. I was traveling for work and had to get a room last minute and late; the room they put me in was very nice and spacious, bed slept great.

Our stay here was the worse night sleep. Our room faced the street across from Intel and all night motorcycles passed by revving their engines along with mustangs almost like they were racing each other. The continental breakfast consisted of granola bars, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. On our way out there was no staff at the front so we were unable to place our complaints. Probably will not stay here ever again.

My family and I stayed for one night everything was great except for the shower heads. It's really hard to rinse yourself off when the water doesn't spray on you but around you. Other than that our stay was lovely.

The window in the room was broken and opened, and all I heard was cars going up and down the nearby Boulevard all night. There was all kinds of dirt around the window and window ledge. Other than not getting much sleep…

You can hear everyone talking in their rooms, and when you walk the room looked it was a make shift room with a horrible spring bed! And to top it off when I took a shower cockroaches came out of my tub drain. I clothed myself grabbed all my belongings and asked for a refund and the guy stated it was thru a third party so he could not help and also tried to get me to understand that the roaches don’t hurt you!!!

Great hotel and staff, however, breakfast was not provided, only coffee. Otherwise great stay.
