I changed my booking from Valence to Clermont Ferrand North as this hotel was now nearer my route to Dieppe. I was very surprised how good the staff were in the hotel. I arrived late and all was sorted at the desk in the IBIS next door. The room was very comfortable and quiet and very clean. I requested Gluten Free breakfast and the bread was ready and waiting for me. The breakfast was excellent and have had far worse in very expensive hotels. As a budget hotel thos one is very difficult to beat.

De passage dans ce « charmant » hôtel pour recharger ma Tesla au SuperCharger installé sur le parking, je pensais naïvement pouvoir utiliser les WC de l’hôtel. Quelle idée… Après près de 10min d’attente devant le seul WC de cet hôtel, je vois sortir l’employé de la réception, venant visiblement de faire une énorme « grosse commission » (à en juger par l’odeur…) Et cerise sur le gâteau, il venait de finir le stock de papier hygiénique, avait laissé des matières fécales sur le WC. Un peu éberlué par ce manque total de savoir vivre et d’hygiène, je m’en suis ému à la réception, ou ce très peu élégant personnage venait de reprendre son poste... « Pardonnez-moi, mais vous venez de finir le papier, et avez laissé les WC dans un état de propreté innommable » Réponse ? « Ah ben que voulez vous, ce sont les autres clients depuis ce matin qui ont dû salir le WC et finir le papier » N’y aurait-il pas dans cet établissement un WC pour les employés qui permettrait d’en laisser un à la disposition des clients ? À défaut que ce monsieur sache essuyer ses excréments, il ne nous ferait pas subir leur vue ni leur odeur…

This was our first time back in France since lockdown. We have generally stayed here on our way down to Le Boulou where we have a house. We were glad to see nothing fundamental had changed. There is still an excellent value and quality evening buffet. The rooms are quiet with good facilities. The hotels Covid protocols inspired a feeling of safety and security. Its location about half a mile from the péage is very convenient. The 12am checkout was very much appreciated as well!

Honnêtement super surprise ! L’hôtel est propre et la chambre confortable !! Le petit déjeuner est très bien ! La localisation est très bonne aussi. Je recommande !!!!!

Ayant l'habitude de cette chaîne d hôtels ,nous avons été très déçu de celui ci ....oreillers très plats , vieille clim qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement donc avons dû ouvrir la fenêtre et là : quartier bruyant ..rodéo voitures la nuit sans compter l intervention de la police donc sirène...la salle de bain limite de la vétusté...le seuil se soulève laissant apparaître bois pourri ...et dans la 2eme chambre que nous avons prise pour les enfants, des restes caillots sanguins avec poil dans la douche !...quand au petit déjeuner, déçus de ne pas y trouver un petit croissant ou pain au chocolat..des pains au lait industriels... Cet hôtel est à rénover d urgence si cette chaîne veut garder une bonne image !
