Check in staff could not find ******* reservation. Showed email from ******* to staff - they said I was 1x day early - as they were looking at the check out date. Somehow they found they found the reservation and noticed it was paid in full. RfID keys issued, no info on wifi or where room is. No map on ground floor showing room locations. More staff at Starbucks outlet than reception.
Check out staff was awesome. Friendly and helpful.
