Very nice and really beautiful Staffs were nice the property is really good and location is easy to navigate

The most palatial hotel of Riyadh Top level property in terms of architecture and grand vibe. The suite was very spacious and had a great view overlooking the fountains. The Ramadan tent was great , however the back gardens were closed due to maintenance and the hotel bar / lobby lounge closed at 00:30 (super early for Ramadan) , and there was a general feeling the property was very under staffed. However the staff I interacted with were great, especially Lama Aldossari at the front desk , that was professional and very kind. Solid 8.5/10

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh was fully in line with my expectations and overall very satisfying. During our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine. 

Best hotel in Riyadh, good location, quiet and restful location. Breakfast is the best, lunch is reasonably priced and first-class quality. Friendly and helpful service.

This hotel is incredibly luxurious, truly a palace in real life. The service is warm and friendly, and the hygiene is impeccable. The rooms are cozy and spacious, and the hotel's location is excellent. The housekeeping staff are also very kind.

This hotel is considered an older luxury option in Riyadh. The downside is that it's a bit dated, but it's fully equipped with all the facilities you need. Overall, it's still a good choice.

Our stay was truly exceptional, and it was without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. We were incredibly touched by the effort Jaybie, Kim, and Kelvin put into making our special day so memorable. The surprise prepared was the absolute highlight of our trip, and we are so grateful for the impeccable service and genuine warmth.

Let’s us start from the beginning of my entrance The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience
