إدارة تفقد لأدنى درجات المصداقية، خدمة غرف سيئة وتجاوب بطيء من الاستقبال، حفلات أغاني مزعجة وتمتد حتى منتصف الليل في بعض الأيام مما يجعل الراحة في الغرف معدومة!! المقطع المرفق في الساعة ١٢ من منتصف الليل رغم إن إدارة الفندق كاتبين إن كل الحفلات تخلص قبل الساعة ١١ !! Very bad management of the events hosted in the hotel, they just concentrated on collecting the money without considering the comfort, privacy and pleasant services!! As a proof of the that, it was announced that the “Founding Day” live music arranged at Wednesday 22 February 2023 will last up to 11:00 p.m. but unfortunately it has been extended up to 12:00 Midnight!! The singers’ voice was terrible and very noisy. Moreover, I tried to contact the reception to ask them to stop the very noisy music as promised in 11:00 but there was no positive response at all!! I strongly recommend to avoid staying in this place ever!! It is just a matter of wasting time, money and, most importantly, comfort and privacy!!

The Marriott Riyadh Airport is a perfectly functional hotel. It is close to the airport/FBOs. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The prices are reasonable. Overall it is OK. But it’s just OK The Marriott Lounge on the 4th floor is accessed via key card. 8 times out of 10 the key card won’t work. So you need to go back down stairs and get a new one. The lounge is not very inspiring but it has cold c=drinks when you need the,.\\m. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which is nice. But strangely you cannot charge to your room?! I used hotel laundry and it all came back on time, nicely cleaned. Along with someone else’s Nike hoodie. I sent that back but the concierge didn’t se, to know what to do. There is a restaurant but colleagues who tried it said it should be avoided On a return trip to Riyadh, I would stay closer into the city. The Marriott at the airport is convenient, but that’s it!

The room was ok, and the attendants are lovely except for the language barrier which is a challenge in this region. There is only one restaurant that is not part of the hotel which serves very basic meals such that I could only have the same kind of meals daily due to lack of variety. They also have issues on payment, either no change if you pay cash or card transaction problems. My stay was for two weeks on business and seeing as the staff rarely communicate with the visitors, I was set to leave on a particular day, they accessed my safe and emptied all my personal belongings and shifted them to the lobby without my consent. I arrived at the hotel to find my luggage at the lobby. I have never known a hotel to access the safe or park up suitcases on behalf of the guest, this was a first. Think first before you consider this hotel for your comfort and safety of personal belongings.
