服務態度挺好的，用了升房券給升級到9號樓的行政大床房了。早餐還可以，中規中矩，自動咖啡機衹能做純黑咖啡，不能做拿鐵或者卡布奇諾。節假日是10點結束，平日是9點半結束。 酒店內部小車可以隨叫隨到，酒店去海邊萬平口二號門算比較近的，但是附近沒什麼餐廳，吃海鮮還是得走800米到萬平口一號門那邊。 十一假期去的，房間可能比較緊張，衞生打掃的不太好，陽台地板上有食物殘渣，沙發靠背後面有別人留下的小貝殼。地毯看起來比較臟，好像不經常吸塵，我和孩子都有過敏性鼻炎，入住後天天流鼻涕，一回家就沒事了。 之前看到他家有萌寵樂園帶娃過去了，10.06早上看到保安把寵物豬裝進垃圾桶拖走了，豬拚命嚎叫，問保安豬帶去哪裡他不回答，我們衹好和孩子説是去洗澡了。第二天豬圈也拆了，萌寵樂園沒了，感覺可能已經做菜了。池塘裏有兩衹鴨子兩衹鵝，聽其他小朋友説以前鴨子比較多，現在越來越少，不知道是不是都上飯桌了。

靠近海邊，酒店停車方便，前台熱情，給升級了房型，建議配備一個自動身份錄入髮卡機讓check in更加快速便捷； 酒店老牌五星的硬件，但因為年歲略長，顯得有些落伍了，電視機還是小小的，房間內設施也不智能，床頭插座的位置有待改善，不然給手機充電很繁瑣。 説説房間的優點，房間巨大，還帶個超大的陽台，45°的視角，不是全部海景，但已經算是不錯了，隔音很好；衞生間有淋浴間、浴缸，乾濕分離，保險箱，冰箱這種標配齊全，肉眼可見裝修用材比許多新酒店要好。床上用品也不錯，睡得挺舒服。 建議客房部夏天把冰箱開起來，裏面多放點冰水，方便客人自取，不然老是打電話給客房部送水費時費力。水花不了幾個錢。 維護工作做的一般，房間細節不能深究，衞生清潔因為設施設備有些陳舊的原因，也是不能細看。 免費使用的洗衣房應該設定一個，現在很多快捷酒店都免費了，這裏還收費就有點不合適了。 總體還是不錯的滿意的，靠近海邊，星級標準，價格也不貴，家庭出行帶着孩子，起碼酒店沒什麼甲醛味道，算是符合預期了。 早餐還可以，品種豐富，有煎餅果子、餛飩和麪檔，中西餐也都有，種類還算齊全。還算不錯的，餐廳也挺大，地下室還有游泳池和健身房。這次入住還是挺滿意的！推薦！

地理位置優越，面朝大海，步行2分鐘到海邊。 酒店工作人員態度很好，免費升級了家庭行政大套房，太讚了，主動與小朋友聊天，告訴日照名字的由來，太陽照到地平網上的第一個地方就是日照。 床軟硬適度，房間設施齊全，主卧可以看到大海，主卧和客廳連接陽台，晚上每天都有煙花。 停車場分室外地上及地下停車場，停車位充足。 洗漱用品套裝小樣可以帶走！

This hotel is at most 3.5 stars. The air conditioner vents were dirty and air conditioner was not working. I set it at 10 but in morning it was still at 28. Amenities were average too, like the towel was thin and just not what you expect. Also the safety light was missing from the room. Also the breakfast is poor and the assortment was very less. Many dishes were cold. I was just eating egg and coffee to be frank. I think they gave me such poor room because if booked with trip.com.

This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others
