The hotel has a very convenient location if you are planning to visit the Grottes de Han and other related areas. Like 300 m walking distance. Very close to a street with restaurants. The rooms are clean and well maintained. They provide large towels and the kitchenette is clean and well equipped. In case you need something there is a mini market crossing the street. The pool is also very clean and everything is organized. Make sure to ask for the pool towels at the counter. The children enjoyed the pool. Very accesible. The breakfast has a wide variety of options. We all liked it. Make sure to reserve if you are planning to have lunch or dinner. They ran out of space quickly. You also have the room service option. And if you have a car you can drive to other areas and find more restaurants. Overall the place is very good for families. We will come back.

Tout avait pourtant très bien commencé, accueil chaleureux et efficace, séance de balnéo très agréable et reposante, ensuite premier repas au restaurant. Service rapide, repas copieux et très très bon. Ensuite nous avons eu accès au spa avec soins réservés. L'endroit est calme et relaxant et les soins de très bonnes qualité. Nouveau repas au soir au restaurant, toujours parfait. Ensuite le cauchemar commence, nous avons passé la notre plus mauvaise nuit dans un hôtel, même nos étapes Ibis pour descendre dans le sud sont moins catastrophiques. La chambre est surchauffée (il faut appeler le garde de nuit pour diminuer le chauffage ??), les lits sont de mauvaises qualité et montés sur roulettes ?? Ces roulettes n'ont pas de système pour être bloquées donc les lits ils bougent. Le pire, un bruit lancinant toute la nuit provenant du chauffage et des évacuations d'eau, impossible de fermer l'œil. L'hôtel d'un spa se doit d'être irréprochable au niveau de la qualité du sommeil. Nous avons dépensé de l'argent pour l'accès au spa et des soins, nous sommes repartis fracassés par une nuit détestable. Ce n'est pas dans nos habitudes de poster des avis négatifs, j'aurais aimé une réaction de la direction. Nous avons signalés le problème à notre départ le lendemain, idem via le formulaire de satisfaction mais n'avons eu aucun retour. C'est triste que ce moment de détente laisse au final ce mauvais souvenir.
