The staff at this location went above and beyond to make our stay nice and comfortable. Booking through *******, our reservation got messed up for the first night and we didn’t have a room. They found us a room and didn’t charge us a thing for the night because of the error that wasn’t even theirs. They were great.

Our hotel stay was good. We stayed 2 nights. My only conplaints are that there was several sports tournaments going on that weekend so into the night there were kids running through the halls and it was loud. Also one early morning we got woken up to a fire alarm because one guest had to have a cigarette. We had an early morning basketball game that morning and bring woken up even earlier was not fun. This is not the hotels fault but it was our unfortunate experience.

The staff was amazing, they helped us when our room keys wouldnt work until the problem was fixed. We left some things behind and they went above and beyond to get them back home to us. The breakfast was great. Definitely will stay again

I really appreciated how large the room was - studio with two queen beds. The beds were comfortable not over firm and not over soft.The breakfast was A .
The only disappointment was the hot tub really needed to be set to a higher temperature. But the jets in it provided a great massage. The whole pool area with the glass windows was great and the pool is larger than most hotels.
We stayed during the week and it was quiet.
