Hotel terbaik di Rochester

房間很舒適，躺在床上看着窗外飄落的雪花別有一翻風味，周邊環境不錯👍👍👍下次還會選擇入住。

I am a student it was my first trip to Rochester to join the university of Rochester i stayed only 1 night the hotel was good like a 3 star hotel it was clean the breakfast was good the overall experience was good i am satisfied

Selepas tiba di lapangan terbang, saya menelefon untuk meminta jemputan. Selepas lebih kurang 40 minit menelefon, tiada siapa yang menjawab. Kakitangan perkhidmatan di meja depan dan restoran hotel tidak memakai topeng dan sangat kecewa. Penghawa dingin di dalam bilik itu sudah lapuk, bunyinya menderu, arah angin betul-betul mengadap kepala katil.

FECES ON THE TOILET SEAT. Blood, make up, possible vomit on the pillow cases. Completely horrifying!! I have never seen anything like this! The front desk rep said “let me show you a couple other rooms”. First had what also looked like blood on the bathroom counter. He said “that’s just make up, it’s stained does not come off”. I took a tissue and wiped it off right away. Next room had a huge dead mosquito embedded in one of the towels. I have absolutely no idea how this hotel is still open, I was so horrified. I would rather have slept in my car but luckily was able to book somewhere else. Horrible. Quality inn should be ashamed.

No Juice at all or Lemonaide all 4 nights. Reserved a room with a Tub . They did not accommodated that request. There was a pill on the floor in our room . The bed was very uncomfortable The pregnant blonde girl at front desk was very rude. Shower head was broken Room not cleaned asked for it to be cleaned . They came in on the 4th night and made bed and took out trash . The same stains were on nightstand ..3 rings from a cup . they left a red bottle of airfreshner or cleaner unlabeled in our room. Alarm went off in middle of the night the front desk yelled at my husband and told him they are dealing with it. I called customer service and Supervisor Melanie offered me 8000 points . I was there not on vacation. I was there because my Dad was dying he died on the last night of our stay...Not being able to sleep in a comfortable bed or partake in the amenities they advertised was very disappointing. We are booking 37 rooms for my Dad's funeral in Rochester and because of Choice dropping the ball we will go elsewhere . There was also a man from France that spoke very little English and he had a reservation however they told him they didn't have a room for him. After 2 hours they used the company card to get him a room at a different hotel .

非常舒適 非常乾淨，這個酒店是2021剛裝修的 設施很齊全，衛生很乾凈，環境在市中心很方便，唯一一點是早餐不是自助，需要在樓下自己點

不推薦，酒店環境和設施都破舊，沒有什麼服務。價錢也不便宜。預付款的住店時交押金100美元，二天了還沒有退回。

Good hotel in a low price

This is my second stay here. It’s conveniently located near Genesee Valley Park which is host to many cross country races. Austin was extremely accommodating and helpful at check in. He got us checked in fast even had recommendations for dinner which was appreciated. My kids really liked the outdoor space and our large suite. The breakfast had many choices so they were happy about that too. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

房間乾淨，酒店也乾淨，有停車場，西式早餐好，周圍環境安全，房間需要打掃時通知前台，餐廳的服務態度非常好。
