Please note that our five star rating is in comparison to hotels in a similar class. We were pleased with our experience at the Comfort Inn in Rock Hill, which we chose because it was pet friendly. Best of all, the rooms, furniture and bedding were clean and well kept which was quite different from what we usually find. Thank you for realizing that pet owners like cleanliness and comfort, too. The location was convenient to access, if a bit confusing due to intersecting highways. The woman who checked us in was friendly and professional. We appreciated the nice sized outdoor pool (though it was a bit noisy from the nearby highways and a little more shade might be in order.) The lobby and breakfast area were spotless, and we were delighted to have the typical Choice hotel fare back instead of grab and go. We wish there were restaurants within an easy walk -there is a Sonny’s very close by (you could theoretically walk but the area isn’t pedestrian friendly.)

My husband & I made a reservation for Extended Stay in Rock Hill S.C. December 3, 2023 and have extended our stay through February of 2024 ! The first beautiful woman I met upon my stay was Ms. Yolanda ! I absolutely adore Ms. Yolanda ❣️ I approached the desk and she was so kind , professional, sweet , very neat in her Extended stay uniform, very brilliant, cheerful, warm and welcoming ❣️What stood out the most was her smile, perfectly pleasant personality & her willingness to be of service to me in any way she possibly could be within her power ❣️ Thank you management for having such outstanding employee ! This was by far the friendliest cleaning housekeeper, we have ever dealt with. Very professional and made themselves available last minute so that we could have a professionally cleaned room. Lus is a lovely person, met all of our needs as cleaning, bedding, just an immaculate job! Lus is a great worker and definitely will miss her hardworking and personality. Muchas Gracias Lus.

We like Comfort Inns but they can be hit or miss. This is definitely a hit. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Breakfast so so but that may be b/c of COVID. Good restaurants nearby and we recommend the Pump House. Definitely recommend. Book via Choice Hotels for best rate.

Excellent time at your hotel. The front desk was one of the major things that made a huge impact on us. Monti was amazing & such a pleasant, helpful, kind, happy & professional associate. A great asset to have. Casandra was a chip off the block also with helpful, happy attitude & service. They all made the hotel experience one of a kind & we will be back & send others. The upkeep at the hotel was up to standard as expected at the great Marriot & we thank you for all of it.
