Location and room is good given the price. The floor is a bit dirty though.

This was a basic motel 6. Not very “studio-like” as advertised. Sign out front was just a Motel 6.
Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The room seemed fine until going into the bathroom. It hadn’t been cleaned and that was evident by the dried urine stained in several places on the toilet seat and down the front of the toilet. The shower hadn’t seen a cleaning product since it was manufactured.
There was no ice machine on the property, but there were (empty) ice trays in the freezer in the room.
The property around the motel was pretty run down but in a location that had a lot around it.
Wouldn’t stay here again based solely on the gross bathroom. If they didn’t clean that, what else was left unclean?

They just renovated and our room was perfect! You can’t beat the price and to stay where it’s clean and new was awesome.

We stayed one night on our way to Colorado. The hotel was recently renovated so it was in good condition. It was a clean comfortable budget hotel without any frills.

The room was fine, very spacious. I was disappointed there was no blow dryer or shampoo or conditioner. They did allow dogs though.

Overall, the stay was just fine. It has been for the most part newly remodeled. We got a king suit. Everything was in place properly, and the room had a new smell. But, there were multiple dirt boot prints throughout the room. Definitely should have been swept. The bed was pretty springy, there was no heat bulb in the bathroom lamp, and so it was freezing in the bathroom when we got up. The tub base was so wore out, that a puddle of water stayed after you took a shower. That should have been a part of the renovation for sure. Overall, it was very good for the quality of place it is, and honestly was exactly what I was expecting.

I liked the restaurant next door. There was no channel guide for the tv which you could access through the remote or a print guide. You just needed to look at each program a d try a d figure it out
