Courtyard Rockford

Bilik pertama telah rosak kunci keselamatan (?), tiada alat kawalan jauh untuk tv, dan telefon tidak berfungsi. Kami meminta untuk dipindahkan ke bilik lain. Bilik kedua mempunyai kawalan yang rosak dalam bilik mandi. Semasa saya menghidupkannya, ia terlepas di tangan saya! Saya akan pergi ke perkhidmatan kenangan untuk ibu saya dan terpaksa tidak mandi !! Apabila saya membawa kawalan pancuran mandian yang rosak ke meja semasa mendaftar keluar, saya diberitahu mereka tidak boleh memberi pampasan kepada saya kerana saya telah menggunakan perkhidmatan dalam talian untuk menempah tempahan!!! Saya sedang memikirkan semula penggunaan Trip.com saya untuk tempahan masa hadapan!!!

great hotel and very clean. Only issue was that toilet was not working properly and no one would be available to fix for a couple of hours so we had to relocate to a different room. However front desk was very cordial and offered drinks and snacks for the inconvenience.

Well the person said they locked themselves out of their account and had to wait 30 minutes to get us checked in and so myself and others had to wait over an hour to check in other than that everything else was perfect

My room was clean as I desired and the beds are extremely comfortable. I was also upgraded to a king suite to my request for a room on the 1st floor.

Didn’t tell us about paying for breakfast in advanced so was not able to get breakfast at 8am. Hotel room was trash and stains on sheets.

Liked convenience of 1st floor sliding door allowing easy access to parking lot.

This was the best temperature controlled room I have ever been in. Never fluctuated which made for a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed.

We checked into our room only to find it was like a sauna in there with the heat blasting. We could not adjust it, so I went to the front desk to let them know. They moved us to the room next door. The heat did not work in that room, so back to the front desk and was told maintenance would work on it. I told her we would not be back until late since we were in town for a concert at the BMO Center. When we returned around 11:30, there was a note on our door for me to go to the front desk. I was told that the air had been fixed in our original room, so we moved back to our original room. We got in there and the air conditioning was blasting and it was 61 degrees in our room. I was getting pretty upset and went back to the desk. The manager came up to our room to see if he could adjust the temperature, but was unsuccessful, so we said we would go back to the second room again. He gave me new keys, I went up to unlock the room and the keys did not work. So back to the desk for new keys. We got into the room and found it was chilly in there since it was 35 degrees outside. This was the room with no heat. Back to the desk. We were moved to a new room that was supposed to be clean, but wasn’t. I wanted to move to a new hotel, but by now it was 12:30. I was told that there was nothing they could do about refunding my money or getting me a room at a different hotel since I booked through a 3rd party. We ended up staying in the room with no heat. Worst hotel stay ever!

The room smelled musty and the towels and sheets not the cleanest. Very friendly stay.. expected better for the rate
