Did a quick overnight here in Feb 2022. I was very pressed for time so I appreciated them making everything simple. Got my keycard and got some sleep. The only negative is that it's a pretty big place and there are multiple doors to the outside, so it can take a second to get your bearings.

Pool area floor was really dirty… hot tub was very cloudy, full of sand, and whirlpool jets didn’t work right… Breakfast was okay.. Definite drug use going on by some of the guests… hotel elevator area reeked of **** every time we used them and I have a 4/7 year old… One guest was so messed up on something that he was slightly foaming at the mouth, almost fell over multiple times l, and spilled hot coffee all over himself… Staff was very nice and accommodating… Room was clean enough which was most important to me, but I wouldn’t stay here again based on the experience.

Did not allow people to check in early. After being told on the phone we can (drive 3 hrs wanted to change before attending a wedding at 1). We came back between the ceremony and reception had 5 mins until 3pm. She rudely said to other it isn’t 3pm. The guy ahead of me said well we have been waiting a very long time and it is 2:55. Very poor customer service!
