We went to Manchester to celebrate my Granddaughters birthday. We did some shopping, swimming and Chuck E Cheese of course. Hotel was perfectly located to all those things. Yet quiet at night. Restaurants are not quiet as close as website indicates however. Hotel was clean and breakfast was very good and hot.

Go elsewhere. Checked in for 3 nights, and right away saw the piece of paper saying the pool would not be available until the 26th of July. If you wanted to use the pool at the hotel across the street, you needed to contact front desk to make a reservation!!!! It's the middle of July and your pool is not available. I don't book a hotel with a pool to use another hotels pool. Breakfast ok, but nothing great. On the mirror in bathroom is said Complimentary Housekeeping by Request. To request a stay over cleaning or just a few extra towels, simply call or stop by the from desk. The second day I went to front desk and asked for housekeeping. I was told that housekeeping was done only after 3 days. Then take that sign down. Woman at desk asked if I wanted some towels, and I said yes, but said I was on my way out. The response I got was well just stop by on your way back. Couldn't even sent them up. When checking out, obviously a manager was talking to front desk rep. Both said are you checking out and I said yes. Neither one of them asked how my stay was. Construction all over this hotel as well. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable. Plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from instead of this one. I am Hilton Honors member and this is why I chose this, big mistake!!!

The experience was wonderful. I thought being by the airport would be annoying because of the planes but not at all. The service was great. I dropped my coffee in the elevator. I asked the lady that was cleaning the room if she had something that I could get it up with and she said if you could please just hold the door open I will take care of it and did it with a smile and conversation. Now that's service. The facility was very updated and the decor was nice ,very clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was good,hot , and very plentiful . In all to sum it up, I had a wonderful stay and will stay again when I am visiting Manchester New Hampshire

Booked two nights here based on the reviews and the rate. We felt the rate was very good considering the area. The property is close to the highway, but not too close to create noise. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Every staff person we encountered was pleasant, friendly and helpful. There was a full breakfast, which many of the Choice properties are not offering lately. At first it was because of covid, now it feels like it’s to cut costs. The breakfast area was immaculate. I really can’t say enough good things about this property.

You never stayed we tried to cancel it the woman at the front desk was either not understanding didn't care because I wish you Priceline and the VIP number she does it anyways so it booked it but it didn't book it until the following night which I already had reservations at the Clarion inn airport in Manchester for the following night that's why we wanted to make sure that it was camping because we clicked on the wrong location. My husband is infuriated because she charged his card and he doesn't think he'll be getting it back. So he's like a card reimbursed.

Breakfast was phenomenal though with a big selection so all the kids were able to find things they liked. Overall we would stay again. The staff was amazing and super helpful with any requests we had.

PPengguna TetamuHad a nice stay at the Residence Inn Portsmouth (Downtown) this past weekend. My wife and I stayed two nights to celebrate our anniversary. When we arrived at the hotel, we choose to valet the car (Cost $40). We arrived late and used the service as a convenience. When we checked in, the hotel front desk person said, we upgraded you. I felt great taking the elevator to the 5th floor. When I entered the room, I was expecting a room beyond what I was paying for (1 Bedroom Suite). But turns out, there was no upgrade. The next morning we choose to see how the complementary breakfast was. We were do disappointed in the offerings. Pre-Bagged Waffles, Per-Bagged Egg sandwiches, just gross looking. We decided to pass on breakfast and find something in the area. We decided to take a ride to do some shopping out of the downtown area and took the car out of the valet. When we returned back to the resort, we were able to find a meter within a few feet from the entrance. So we opted to leave our car outside for the evening. If you choose to do this, ensure you pay the meter until 8PM. After 8PM, you can leave it at the space for the night. As we were walking back to our room, we overheard the front desk person telling another family at check in that they got an upgrade. I was like, wait a second here. Do they tell everyone this to make them feel good. Or is this just a coincidence. The room was clean and comfortable. Would of been a five star review if the breakfast offering was anything above what we got. A waffle iron would go a long way. You can do better. And the price for the parking seems a little excessive especially where there are plenty of other parking offerings in the area.

PPengguna TetamuHaving worked for IHG I could never imagine myself posting such a negative review for one of their properties, but my experience at the Holiday Inn express and suites in Seabrook New Hampshire was beyond dismal. The dilapidated condition of the property and lack of customer service from front desk employees is astonishing And embarrassing, and that’s being kind. First problem with this property is that the overview on the IHG® website states and I quote; “BRAND NEW PROPERTY.” (Look it up) It is not even close to being new. The certificate in the elevator declares it was installed on 2007- so it’s at least 15 years old property. False advertising right there. Secondly, it is in dire need of updating. There are no USB outlets in the rooms, broken lamps, dirty carpets, dull lighting, and too many issues to mention in this review. What ruined my stay though is the following: After requesting a first floor room I was put on the third floor in a room which I found out the next morning was actually listed as “OOO” in their system, which means out of order. In the hotel industry, rooms are put ‘out of order’ when they are not fit for habitation and need repairs. it should never have been rented. There was absolutely no hot water in this room. Not even tepid. It was ice cold. This prevented me from taking a hot shower after traveling a full time day. When I called the front desk about it, Alex told me “I’m not a plumber.“ He was useless I asked to speak to the MOD which means manager on duty, only to find out there would be no GM at this hotel for the next two days. I called IHG Corporate to complain and they called the hotel while I was on the phone to ensure I would be put in another room that was functioning properly. This meant I had to pack up everything and move to another floor and the front desk never even offered to help with the move. when I packed up the room, I was assured by the front desk staff that the new room was checked and double checked to make sure every thing was working properly- only to find out after getting into a steaming hot shower that the body wash and shampoo (which is installed on the shower wall) was completely empty. This was the cherry on the sundae for me and I got out of the shower soaking wet and went to the front desk and handed them the empty soap containers. I got some from a housekeeping cart and installed them myself. About 15 minutes later there was a knock at my door with a young lady standing there with a bottle of shampoo and body wash. No smoke or greeting from her as she identified herself as the front desk manager without offering her name or an apology. She was just standing there with a bottle of soap in each hand looking annoyed. I told her I got some myself and shut the door. I am a platinum elite member of IHG® which means I spend a lot of money on this brand, and although this is a franchised hotel, it is governed by corporate and IHG needs to keep a better watch on their franchisees becau

PPengguna TetamuThe front desk person who checked us in was not very friendly,did not give us any information about the hotel.We stayed three nights and no room service whatsoever our trash was never emptied had to take our own trash to the dumpster never had fresh towels brought in . Only saving grace with this hotel was the complimentary breakfast very tasty and a lot of different choices and the staff there was very friendly and attentive.

TTee79Nice place to stay. Was quiet, clean, and the owner was very friendly. Not too bad of a price this time of year. They do require $100 deposit that is refunded if there is no damage to the room. All rooms are no smoking, which is nice. Definitely recommend if you're in Hampton.
