PARKING SPOT 10 SECOND WALK AWAY, Four Winds is a two bedroom condo located directly on Tuna Wharf. If you love the sound of lapping water, you will fall in love with this special space. The first floor contains a galley kitchen with a gas stove. all essential cooking supplies are present. There is a slider off the kitchen that leads to a couple of adirondack chairs to soak in the view and sunshine.The first floor bedroom has its own sitting area, with a slider going out to the wharf. Adirondack chairs are waiting for you.There is a queen bed and an extremely comfortable down filled sectional in this bedroom. The bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on the first floor. The second floor bedroom which has a queen bed also contains its own sitting area. There is also a Max Versailles soaking tub and a Roland intelligent digital piano. This space was renovated in 2012. There is a small deck with an outstanding view of Rockport harbor off the second floor bedroom. There are 10 windows on three sides to insure an ocean breeze at all times. I am unable to rent to anyone with young children due to the drowning danger.
