Ulasan Best Western Plus Rockville Hotel Suites

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Rockville Hotel, the front desk staff were helpful and friendly, the location is perfect and close to restaurants.

Stayed for business trip. No free bottled water. One bed sheet has oil mark on it so I slept on the other bed. Shower not fully functional. Cannot make the water coming out from the top only. The switch probably broken.

Convenient location, easy parking, and nice staff!

Location is Quiet,convenient and room is cozy.

The location is very convenient, close to Highway 270, and it is very convenient to drive to DC. The room is relatively large and very quiet. The breakfast buffet in the morning is not satisfactory, with too few choices.

The odd-numbered rooms have noise from outdoor air conditioners, but everything else is good.

BW is a hotel I like for business trips. Good value for money. The rooms are comfortable and clean. This time I checked in at the front desk. I don't know what the problem was with the credit card deposit. It took a little while. But the staff was very nice.

The hotel room is big and the breakfast is delicious

This is my first time staying at Best Western. Although this hotel is old, it is well maintained.

Although the exterior felt old, the interior of the room was clean and spacious enough to allow for a comfortable stay. Also, in the morning, you can have a quick bite to eat as they have apples or bananas, muffins, and coffee. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no breakfast buffet with a variety of foods.
