Housekeeping can be improved. Shower and shampoo was used up and not topped up. Toilet flush was not functioning well. Water took a while to go down after each flush. Aircon temp in our room was not consistent.

Good location, 10 minutes walking distance from CDG airport, very clean and didn’t see any bed bugs, services are good, provided hot water when requested, receptionist can speak English well, do not worry if you do not know how to speak french

The worst night sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The mattress protector was a disposable paper type and moved underneath the sheet, rustling and sliding every time I moved. It also made the bed very hot and sweaty. The shower in the bathroom leaked and the door and doorframe were rotten with water ingress. I will not be staying again.

Average at best & no room service and lack of commitment to pre agreed room rates

I left something in the room when I checked out this morning, I discovered it when my flight landed at Dubai, and I called from Dubai to this Hotel, the lady at the front office answering the phone was EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL, she refused to check for me, refused to let me know whether there are anything left in the room, only kept asking me to email the hotel... Given me an email address to send email, and refused to talk to me, then she hang up the phone on me! ***!!! I sent an email to the address she given to me, but the email cannot be delivered successfully! Is this hotel trying to steal my things I left behind? You better give me a damn good explanation on this!

The room is very clean and large enough for families to stay! The breakfast is great. If you wanna stay near the airport, this place is a good option.

Convenient for early flight. Bed is very comfortable.

Conveniently located near airport. Checking in on 3rd Oct for few hours to have a good rest before catching flight to Singapore on the same night.

Hotel caters for just one guest, even if you are staying as a couple…water, bathrobe, slippers! You have to walk about 7-8 minutes with luggage despite the free airport shuttle. Still, in close proximity of CDG and very helpful staff!
