I had an overall fantastic stay. There were some issues with cleanliness. Food left over in the fridge, black ring in the tub, but the staff at the desk made everything right. Very friendly and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

The staff was horrible. They were not helpful at all and had no answers for anything. The rooms were terrible. The curtains were torn and had holes in them. There was no privacy in the room at all. And the girl at the desk had nothing to say about it. And was not willing to even look into changing the room for us. We were traveling with my 80 plus year old parents, after one of them just getting out of the hospital and they put us on 2 separate floors. There was stains on the sheets and pillow cases. The carpets were filthy. The bed frame stuck out so far beyond the mattress that you tripped over them or bruised your shins on them. There was no access to laundry soap or any thing else for that matter to do laundry. I was told that I could go out to one of the local grocery stores to get what I needed. With the road construction all around them it was difficult enough to find the place let alone go looking for a grocery store. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would drive another 50 miles to find something else.

Tried to book a suite. Somehow something called Fairfield Inn and Suites has no suites. Ok. Booked a five night stay in what they call a suite- two queen beds and a couch sitting area. Was comfortable- hard to get the temperature of the room right. Housekeeping never came. Day one- we asked about it- and were told they don;t come every day of a multiple night stay. Side note: a stray cheerio and some garbage in the hallway. Asked for and were given clean towels. Day two: hallway still untouched. Asked for and was given more toilet paper. Day three: cheerio still in hallway. Asked for and was given a garbage bag to empty our own garbage bins. Day four: cheerio gone! Still no housekeeping. Day five: checked out never having seen housekeeping. The front desk staff were very very nice. But I have never stayed anywhere where housekeeping never came. Never knocked to see if we needed anything, nothing. Newer hotel so pretty clean as it is new- suspect that will change. Breakfast minimal but was what we wanted. New gym- very nice.

This was the worst hotel stay ever! The description provided by travel sites are totally false! There is no pool, no fitness center, no breakfast and no housekeeping! Good luck getting a discount or refund! RUN...do NOT WALK away from this place!

I booked this place because of the pool/hot tub amenities. Both under construction. Free Breakfast…🤮. Don’t waste your time. The water in the shower was warm….no where near hot. See pics…for shower and bathroom and broken door lock. This was what I noticed…didn’t bother to really scrutinize anything in particular.

The trip started off good. Pulled in the driveway it’s a nice looking hotel even under renovation you can tell it’s nice. First problem we encountered was parking. Hardly any place to park because of all the cop cars in the driveway more than half of the parking spots were taken by the cop cars. Got checked in on the receptionist was nice. Got up to our room to discover problem number 2. No jacuzzi. We booked online for a suit with a jacuzzi tub so I ask the receptionist. Come to find out they don’t offer any jacuzzi tubs here and that the website shouldn’t have said other wise. And that maybe she would try to get some money returned to me. Then come to find out one of the two key cards doesn’t work. This hotel is nice but the atmosphere sucks and I’m severely disappointed that we were led to believe they had hot tubs

Did not get appropriate room as per reservation. We should have had accessible roll in shower. Breakfast bar not restocked. Under construction. Not enough handicap parking spots available. Clean and quiet.

Very loud when we were trying to sleep. It was awful!! I complained to the front desk, but they said there was nothing they could do. So we just ****** it up. We were very unhappy!! We will not stay at this hotel again.

Absolutely horrible air conditioning did not work, telephone in the room did not work dirty room with left over noodles on floor and counter! Sheets and towels were not changed! Absolutely horrible, reported to front desk at check in and during last night of stay and no one cares! Horrible asked for room to be changed and did not allow! Hairdryer did not work plugs were not working!
