Hotel Perniagaan di Rome

Location is pretty good, walkable to most landmark. Near the hotel is also a stop for the hop on hop off buses, I think 4 or 5 different companies there. Only issue is that there is no parking in front of the hotel, we had some difficulties getting a Uber when heading to the airport as all didn't want to stop there to pick up and cancelled my bookings.

Booked only cause of location. Super easy to get to by either metro or taxi. Small, cute lobby and friendly staff upon arrival. We didn’t stay in the main building so the bellmen took our luggage and walked us outside and around the corner to another building to where we were staying. The room was nice and had a great sitting area with an extra bed. Voucher was given to us for breakfast at the restaurant next to us which was really nice. My only issue was the sink and bathtub didn’t drain so I was literally standing ankle deep in my partners bath water during my shower. At checkout I told reception and she offered us a breakfast voucher but already had it and 10% off our next stay( but we won’t use that). It was a nice gesture. They did hold our bags while we shopped before leaving. Location is really good and they suggested a pizza place that was horrible lol. Didn’t like having to go around the corner to another building to our room. Overall it was ok and think over priced for the accommodation.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Rose Palace. The front desk gave us tired travelers a warm welcome that made us relax immediately. Our room overlooked the back of the American Embassy with guards stationed outside 24/7 so it was definitely safe. The hotel is a little off the beaten path from the usual touristy spots in Rome but in a very quiet area. The room was very clean. We had 3 in our room and the 3rd person had to sleep on a full size pull out couch. It was comfy for a pull out (you couldn’t feel the bar under the mattress) but unless you put up the bed every day the only place to sit were the beds. It had a small fridge and the bathroom was updated but limited on counter space around the sink. The buffet breakfast was geared toward a variety of tastes. Scrambled eggs, a variety of pastries, orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheese, meat, etc. When the weather was nice we enjoyed sitting outside in the garden. There is a tiny grocery store called Co-op around the corner where you can buy the basics. Also on the next block is an ATM in the alcove of the bank entrance that seemed secure to use. Reading older reviews we thought there was a restaurant in the hotel serving dinner but it turned out to just be a small bar. So we walked a couple of blocks north and ate at Cesarina and enjoyed a good meal and friendly staff. There were a lot of other restaurants to pick from in a 2-3 block radius. The ones on Via Vittorio Veneto appeared to be more expensive than the ones northeast of the hotel. There is a taxi stand a couple of blocks away and we used both Uber and inTaxi for rides back to the hotel.

Really a pleasant stay in this hotel. Friendly staff in the information desk, nice breakfast buffet, the room is spacious and clean.

This place claims to be four star hotel when it’s possibly a 2.5. It’s directly across from the Rome Termini which is filled with garbage and you need to climb over the homeless people to get down the street. And I woke up during the night thinking it was morning - that’s how bright the outdoor lights are. We had a “ superior”room but it was so small that I couldn’t even walk between the desk and bed without creeping sideways. (And I’m a size 4 woman)The mattress and pillows were foam and smelled so toxic I think I killed several hundred brain cells. The bathroom was terrible with a shower that was abt 2 ft by 3 ft. And if you used more than a trickle of water pressure, the bathroom floor flooded. . The breakfast was just ok with mediocre coffee . I will say that it’s been renovated so the floors and walls look new. And the AC works. Also, it was nice to roll outta bed to the train back to Fiumicino for our flight home. Oh, and did I mention I added on another night and they told us that they were “ unable to give us the original price (abt 230 Euro) so we had 159E more for the pleasure of being here!? MAI PIU!

Hotel conveniently located next to The Vatican in a quiet neighbourhood with many restaurants, cafes, clothing stores within a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel staff very professional and friendly. Special mention to Front Desk Agent Chiara Stage who went above and beyond in ensuring we got the most out of our short time there. We had a lovely balcony and a large bathroom. The room was spotless and modern with flat screen tv. The only complaint being that the pillows and matress were too hard for my comfort.

The hotel is very modern, lovely sized room and really comfy bed! You get a hairdryer in the room (ladies!) and there is a mini fridge to leave your own drinks. Aircon worked perfectly and some fancy lighting above the bed! Really close to the 160 bus stop that takes you to the centre of Rome for €1.50 (pre pay on the app!) and also some lovely restaurants and cafes for food. Short walk from the 716 bus to take you to Rome Termini. Lovely staff- although confusing when one member let us have water complimentary and another charged for it. Only improvements would be to have tea coffee in the room for in a morning, and also don’t expect the Beth room to be super clean- in need of a little TLC.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a deluxe room over in the Annexe which was accessed via a discreet doorway and offered a welcome air-conditioned respite from the extreme heat at the time. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and luxurious Diptyque toiletries. There was also some thoughtful gifts left for us as a SLH member. Breakfast up on the roof terrace of the main building was plentiful and relaxing. The location was fabulous and we would not hesitate to book again.
