Best accommodation I have stayed anywhere in Europe so far! The location was very convenient with the main train/metro station and bus terminal 5-6 minutes away. The owner was a lovely man and showed us through the hotel very neatly. He also replied very fast and was flexible with check-in time and luggage storage. Communication was through email and google translate due to language barriers but we had no problem at all. The room itself was very clean and is readied with amenities and food/drinks. I think the hotel was previously an apartment flat, renovated into a hotel. It’s very cozy. We were expecting a hostel-like vibe but this place was way beyond our expectations. We are very satisfied with our stay! 100% recommend to anyone visiting Rome! Thank you Ivan!

The property is an apartment with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room together with the kitchen. The owner Ivan is very friendly and is very helpful. The location is very good.

Awesome place to stay in Rome , not only the place is near to Rome station but also the kindness of the host Ivan have unforgettable. Very polite and sweet to his guest . The room is super clean and lovely . I would definitely stay again my next trip to Rome and I will also recommend all my friends to stay there 😍.

The best place to stay when you visit Rome, feels like home. Good bed, clean bathroom, kitchen and living room. The owner Evan is very nice, kind, friendly and very hospitable. The room is big, clean with lots of amenities like a five star hotel. Coffee, tea, water, snacks, sleeper, toothpaste, towel and many more. We really had a wonderful stay. If I’ll come back to Rome I’ll choose this place again. It’s well recommended. Location is good too near to the metro, bus station, supermarket and restaurant.

Идеальная комната с верандой для проживания в Риме. Рядом с вокзалом и центром. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, у него есть прекрасный пес Ариэла. Мне очень понравилось там жить. Все чисто, убираются. В комнате есть чай, кофе и печенье, есть кондиционер. Своя ванная, свой холодильник для каждой комнаты. Все в идеальном порядке. Единственный нюанс, хозяин совсем немного говорит на английском, но это не проблема. Я очень довольна

It was an amazing place, really cute and simple with all the amenities needed. The place was spotless and very clean and the room was really comfortable. The best thing was the owner, that helped us when we got to Rome in the middle of the night and his really cute dog. Would reccomend!

We had a great time at this perfect location to visit Rome, close to Roma Termini station, with easy access to all public transport, located on a quiet, clean and safe street with shops and restaurants in close proximity. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, especially the one we stayed in (with a stunning private terrace). The mattress, pillows and duvet are very comfortable. All rooms are equipped with everything you need: towels, bathrobes, slippers, sweets, coffee and tea. The apartment has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with lounge: hot and cold drinks, breakfast snacks and fridge for each room. A very clean and well organized private bathroom. The hosts, Ivan and Carmen, through their availability, treatment and care towards us, made our experience, at this B&B, to be an unforgettable one. A pleasant atmosphere, kind and friendly staff, superlative cleanliness and a positive vibe. We didn't miss anything! Thank you! We fully recommend this accommodation!

Very close to the center. Very clean. The staff was very kind and helpfull. The place had an amazing view and it is very close to the train station. It was a perfect journey with my friends and my girfriend.

Nothing good to say at all. What ? 200 more words? I wouldnt let my dog stay there. Bath on florr. Really, bath on floor in 2023. Never. Our room was 2 feet from the kitchen and this man who spoke no english and his beagle dog. Oh great, a dog in the kitchen. 🤣🤣🤪

Beautiful apartment with kitchen and living room. We had the private Terrace. The owner was very nice. Convenient to the Rome Colosseum and train station. Breakfast was complementary across the street.

We traveled as a couple to Rome for 3 days and 2 nights and couldn’t have had a better experience! Ivan (the host) was super helpful and kind! The room was perfect and super tidy, the bathroom was super clean and organised. The breakfast place was also 5 stars, super kind staff and kind people. The location is phenomenal and within walking distance of everything. Will definitely come back and stay here with friends next time!
