The hotel location is very convenient, and the surrounding area feels safe and quiet, making it suitable for staying. Daily housekeeping service was provided, and amenities such as body wash and shampoo were replenished regularly. The reception staff were friendly, attentive, and seemed to pay attention to guests entering and leaving the hotel, which gave a sense of security. However, the hotel facilities are quite outdated and did not fully match the photos shown online. There was no kettle in the room, and no complimentary tea or coffee was provided. We requested two twin beds, but this was not arranged on the first night. After asking again, the room was changed from the second night onwards. Interestingly, although two separate single beds were provided, there was still only one thick duvet, while two very thin duvet covers/sheets were given separately for each bed. As a result, one of the guests felt quite cold during the night. We could not understand why the housekeeping staff made such an arrangement.

Perfect location!! Great breakfast. Kindly staff. We were there on a extremly hot days and the room was realy nice and cold all the time.

The hotel has a great location, within walking distance of Rome's main attractions. The biggest problem is the lack of a kettle.

There was nothing wrong with the room, it met the three-star standard, but I booked two rooms for four adults for two nights on Ctrip, but when I checked in, I was told that I had booked two rooms for two people, and I needed to pay 40 euros per night for a single person. So it would cost 1000+ per night for a room, which is definitely not cost-effective, it's too expensive

Very good, comfortable room with balcony, beautiful street view, quiet at night, 24-hour front desk, warm and friendly service, daily room cleaning, free luggage storage after check-out. Breakfast includes coffee, milk, various breads, ham, cheese, etc. Will stay next time

The hotel is really old, so the room layout is a bit strange, but the area is large. For such an old hotel, the sanitation is well maintained. I am very satisfied with this. So the stay experience is quite comfortable. As an old hotel, the location of the hotel is the biggest advantage! Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach any attraction in Rome. The hotel is almost in the center of the three major attractions of the Vatican/Colosseum and the Borghese Gallery, which is an absolute advantage. If you are traveling to Rome, it is highly recommended! The front desk staff are several uncles, very good, very enthusiastic, and basically responsive. Help with luggage when checking in, and help make an appointment for a motorcycle in advance when checking out (the same price as a taxi, and we booked a Mercedes-Benz E class) The hotel includes breakfast, but it is relatively simple, cheese/ham/bread/fruit/coffee/yogurt/milk. That's basically it. There are several restaurants downstairs in the hotel, including a special pizza shop with affordable prices and great taste... There was still a queue at the door at 11 pm, and almost all of them were locals, friends, couples, dates, etc. I highly recommend it. I think it's better than those popular online celebrity shops in scenic spots on some red books.

The room is small and old. The cleaner opened the door with a key without knocking.

I booked it for a business trip and it was great. First of all, he was very kind. The location was great because it was close to the Vatican Castle. To the Spanish Steps It's not that far to walk. The location is great and it's not noisy at night.
