Everything is wonderful. I will recommend this high-value B&B to everyone so that more people can support this B&B.

This was an excellent little b&b that was clean, with the room's size good and nicely heated on the cold nights. It has a private bathroom with shower and a lovely little balcony, but it is not a balcony with a view of other houses around you. It is close to a reasonable range of shops and the bus services that will get you into Vatican city or Centro for much less than an Uber or taxi, but you need to buy a ticket from the Bar that is down the street and to the left about 750mts away. The hosts were lovely people, but I am not a fan of a sweet breakfast, so this was the only thing that I didn't like much.

It is overall very good except the location is a bit far. Moreover, it would be better if the reception can respond faster.

Everything is good. The room is warm and the bed is comfortable, nice breakfast is included. You have to catch the bus to reach the metro station. Sometimes busses don't follow the timetable.

必要なものは全て揃っていました。オーナーはあまり英語を話されませんが、とても親切な方でした。 また、バチカンまでバスで20分程度、ローマ市内からも30分と少しで着くのでとても便利です。 バス停からも近いです。

Struttura semplice ma allo stesso tempo confortevole... il titolare si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile.

Месторасположение в спальном районе. Хорошая хозяйка, правда говорит только на итальянском языке. Достаточно большие комнаты, все соответствует описанию.

Ottima posizione , ottima accoglienza , ottima struttura . Ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo , per il parcheggio bisogna girare ma alla fine si trova in zona , zona peraltro tranquilla .

I had a great experience in this accommodation. Fabrizio was welcoming and warm. Great and clean place that is so accessible to transportation. A lot of food was prepared and even coffee. Great ambiance.. Thank you. Highly recommended!!!

Proprietario gentilissimo, è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è stato ottimo, sicuramente torneremo qui quando verremo a Roma. È la seconda volta che vengo, ed entrambe le volte sono rimasto più che soddisfatto.

Gentilissimi. Sono stato accolto con cordialità e cortesia. Facile da trovare ed e' stato semplice parcheggiare l'automobile vicino alla struttura. La stanza ed il bagno erano puliti e la prima colazione e' stata buona la prima. Ho usufruito anche della comoda terrazza.
