Good location, near Roma Termini, so many restaurants around there. Room was good.

Not recommended. Quite dangerous area. Try to avoid. Very small bed. Only a small room in an apartment. Get in to apartment is different and complicated. 9:20am cleaning lady knock my door violently talked so loud. Because check out time is 10am. It was a nightmare experience.

The room had some issue about leakage however the host is willing to help and solve the issue. Tho they don't have lobby but they have store to storage the luggage, which was quite easy. The location is really nice.

Great place if you are in Rome for 1-2 nights, especially if you have an early check-out. Online check-in and tax payment. Literally everything is within walking distance. Clean room with safe, fridge and private bathroom. Excellent value for money.

Facilities and sanitation: Although it is a B&B, the room is very clean, with all the facilities complete and plenty of space for things. I think it is much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. Service: The landlord is also very nice. My flight arrived at 12 midnight and I had to check in by myself. When I encountered difficulties in checking in, I called her. She was able to answer the phone in her sleep at 2 a.m. This attitude deserves recognition. Then I got up at 6 o'clock to check out, locked my luggage inside, called her, and she answered in seconds... She was really patient. I thanked her for her help, tears welled up in my eyes...

It's not a hotel, it's like a shared house, it doesn't feel safe, there is no front desk, you have to find it yourself according to the email instructions, be careful if you are not familiar with it

It's not bad. It's 50 meters away from the train station. The room is warm and it's very close to the scenic spots. You can store your luggage in the motorcycle rental shop opened by the boss. It's about 600 meters on foot.
