Great staff, service and location. I feel safe even after accidentally left my mobile phone and cash in the hotel room. The cleaning staff did not touch them at all. I enjoyed the food and drink at the hotel cafe as well, a cafe latte and an espresso at the end of breakfast is a must!

We booked a room with a balcony in the hotel, which is within walking distance to various attractions in Rome. The living experience was very good.

I hesitated for a long time and saw the reviews were average, but I finally booked it. I think it's good~ The service and location are good. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the classic place. Maxmara is opposite downstairs. The surrounding area is not messy as mentioned. The window of the room is not a viewing room. It faces the inner pipe. Although it is small, the layout is reasonable and overall good There is a Carrefour next to it, and there is a supermarket when you turn left on the main road (I only discovered it on the day I checked out)

The cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel were satisfactory, and the value provided exceeded expectations. In addition, transportation is very convenient, and most tourist attractions are within walking distance.

The room was very small, with only average soundproofing. The entire hotel is small, and everything is very cramped. The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted from within the room; it was controlled centrally by the front desk, requiring a phone call to adjust it, which was quite inconvenient. The only positive point was that it was clean and tidy.

The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is in good condition, and the size is moderate. The hotel is located at the intersection of the main road in the city center and is very close to the surrounding major attractions. The service staff's attitude is very good.

An average hotel in every respect 3-star level. Mostly very friendly staff. Breakfast mediocre - good coffee. Central location, but nobody in Rome knows it. Not even the police officers you ask for directions 100m away.

Super hotel, new and modern in the center of Rome! Excellent treatment and close to the train station

Shortly after checking in in the early morning, the room I was staying in had a power outage, making it uninhabitable. The hotel eventually arranged another room for me. However, around 5 a.m. the next morning, I was woken up by a loud knock on the door, and the person at the door demanded that I move out immediately. This incident made me feel extremely offended, and I will never stay at such a terrible hotel again.

Nice and clean hotel in a very convenient location. The reception staff were amazing. Comfortable beds. We would stay there again.

We stayed in a deluxe room with a queen bed and a pull-out king sofa bed—both were incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, featuring large windows and a stunning balcony overlooking the street. The hotel’s location was perfect, with the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain just a short walk away. This was mostly a very good hotel with great service. Location is ideal for many travellers, near Termini and under ten minutes walk from catching the Leonardo Express. Also very easy to walk to lots of attractions like the Trevi Fountain. The room itself was fine, though quite cramped and small. The air conditioning was effective and simple to use, which was welcome in mid-July. The bathroom was rather tight, however. Also, slight aside, but in a hotel costing over €240 per night in peak season, surely they can put something better than a combined shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom? Just seems like cost-cutting. Didn’t have the hotel breakfast but plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Hotel Roma Termini! Admittedly, we were a bit hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but we’re so glad we went ahead with our booking — the hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious (especially by Rome standards), and very comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We arrived early due to our flight schedule, and they kindly stored our luggage and did their best to prepare our room as quickly as possible. Throughout our stay, any requests we had were promptly met with professionalism and kindness. The location is fantastic — within easy walking distance of many major attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit spotty in the rooms. Hopefully, that’s something the hotel can improve on going forward. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Rome!

I spent two nights in the hotel and found the time that I was there extremely pleasant. The staff were brilliant and the rooms were extremely clean and services amenable for me. I was transiting from Rome Cork in Ireland. My arrival I was met with professionalism courtesy and a huge smile from concierge. It gave me comfort just to have that experience.
