The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of options, including an egg station. It’s especially convenient for guests with early tours who need a quick meal. The room is comfortable, with a cozy bed, clean toilet facilities, and adequate toiletries provided. Do be cautious when using the bathtub, as it can be quite slippery. The location is excellent, being close to Roma Termini and with bus stops to various attractions nearby. It’s also very easy to get around on foot.

The triple room having two bathrooms was a nice touch. The breakfast spread was quite generous, offering coffee service, fried eggs, and omelets. Its proximity to the train station made getting around very convenient.

This hotel was the most expensive during my trip to Italy, yet the room was small and the soundproofing was terrible – I could clearly hear noise from the hallway. It's about an 8-9 minute walk from the train station, which is its only real advantage in terms of convenience.

Just a few minutes' walk from Termini Station and the metro, this hotel is conveniently located near several attractions, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff are warm and professional, offering helpful and thoughtful assistance. While the hotel has some age to it, it's well-maintained.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The reception staff were very helpful and provided great service, showing a genuine willingness to assist us in resolving an issues. The breakfast was also very good. The location was okay overall, although we were advised not to go outside the hotel at night.

Room was cleaned every day - though I learned to take out the room key after 2nd day (the extra key to keep it in the room, keep it out when you go out so that housekeeping team can come in and clean.) Though I didn’t get the nice view, the room was ready earlier than my time of check-in and got higher floor upon request. Location is good to walk around for restaurant, Termini station (for airport train & subway), and Spanish steps.

Very good location. Checking in experience not great. Room a little old. Breakfast live egg station only starts at 730am. Overall, good hotel average service and room condition. I will still go though for the location and pricing.

About a 10-minute walk from Termini Station, it feels generally quite safe. However, this was the only hotel in Italy out of all the ones I stayed at where you didn't need to swipe a card to use the elevator. The front desk staff were very nice; I arrived past 12 PM, and I was ready to just store my luggage, but the front desk proactively told me my room was already ready. When we left, they also allowed us to check out two hours late. When checking out, they asked if I was willing to leave a tip, and since the staff were so nice, I agreed to give 10 Euros.

Great location, just 5 mins walk to metro station which is linked to the AirPort Express. Breakfast is fantastic and I love it.

We had a small double but it was adequate in size. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and a bathtub in the bathroom. The location is excellent close to the central station (termi) and walking distance to the Colleseum. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Would recommend.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it's already a great place, but I've noticed even more improvements this visit. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and it's only a 5-minute walk from the train station. Plus, it's really close to the National Museum, Santa Maria Maggiore, and the Baths of Diocletian Museum.
