Amazing location, regularly cleaned rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and a cozy spa (heated swimming pool) and a Roof top bar plus roof top jacuzzi.Close to major attractions, many good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

Good location, friendly staff but not a 4 stars hotel. The room was small, no sound insulation. Two rooms like one room🥺 Spa was poor, cold pool , jakuzi is in the cold pool, only the sauna was effective.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly, the hotel is clean, and quite well located, a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum.

The hotel is conveniently located, the room is very small. Breakfast is good. The room really lacks slippers and a robe. We didn't have time to go to the spa, but it is there

Too far from the Spanish Steps and the train fountain. Bad breakfast. When the little food there was ran out, the waiters looked and didn't replace the missing food.

Staying in a hotel seems to depend on luck I booked 2 nights separately (the other night was booked on another website). I don’t know if it was random or something. The first night was assigned to another building nearby. It was basically a hotel level. When I entered the building, I was greeted with garbage. The room, the smell of sewer in the toilet is a bit strong, most of the metal fittings in the toilet are rusted, the shower room is too dark, and the air conditioner is only for household use. Back to the hotel headquarters on the second night, it was too far away! The hygiene is normal, there is no peculiar smell, and the space is large. The headquarters is heaven, and I was unexpectedly promoted. I slept very well!
