Only here for 1 night on a stop over from our flight before we reached our town in Italy. A very comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. Amazing buffet breakfast - definitely worth paying for. Have been to Italy countless times and many meals eaten however the best so far was at this hotel restaurant.

The room was clean and with a very cool style. The location is a bit far from the city center but it’s accessible via Metro. Overall it was a nice experience.

For the price per night, not impressed. Rooms clearly needing updating. Only half if the shower head nozzles worked, carpet had bleach stains, cabinet doors sagging and loose. Econo value pillows, air conditioner sub par. Nice views from rooftop bar but very expensive compared to nearby resturants. Food average at best. Front desk and housekeeping employees cordial and very helpful.

The hotel is a little old, but the room was kept clean. The room was very sunny, with sunlight streaming in nicely in the morning, but there were few lights installed, so it was very dark at night, which was a bit inconvenient. As it's in a residential area, there aren't many people around at night, but I felt safe there. There is only one type of soap in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body soap), so I strongly recommend bringing your own if you are concerned about this.

The room was very clean and quiet at night, and its slight distance from the central train station actually made it feel safer. However, the hotel is located on a slope, which can be inconvenient if you're traveling with heavy luggage. The location is otherwise quite good, being very close to the Colosseum. Breakfast was just okay, and sometimes the plates weren't very clean. The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly.

Overall experience: The room was small. Transportation and Location: There's a subway station a few hundred meters away, making getting around relatively convenient. Environment: Online reviews mentioned that hotel rooms in Rome are generally small. To get a bigger room, I specifically booked a privilege room, which Trip.com listed as 22 square meters. However, the room we stayed in was clearly only a little over ten square meters (Trip.com might have corrected this now), similar in size to a standard room. When I spoke to the front desk, they explained that one of the key differences between a privilege room and a standard room is the daily minibar. So, if you're okay with paying the price difference for a daily minibar, you can consider this room type. During our stay, the daily minibar contents included: two glass bottles of mineral water, two glass bottles of sparkling water, and two canned drinks (Coke + orange juice). Dining: The hotel offers breakfast, but the Western cold options weren't really to our taste. There's also a cafe next to the hotel, and if you take the subway to the train station, there's a McDonald's where you can get breakfast for around 5-10 euros (a coffee and a pastry).

Great staff, service and location. I feel safe even after accidentally left my mobile phone and cash in the hotel room. The cleaning staff did not touch them at all. I enjoyed the food and drink at the hotel cafe as well, a cafe latte and an espresso at the end of breakfast is a must!

The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. The hotel lobby is stylish and the exterior scenery is very good. Free airport transfer service is also provided. This is rare in Rome. Nearby 1 km walk to Carrefour Supermarket, you can buy things to bring home.
