The hotel is overpriced for what it is. You are a captive audience unless you want to leave the airport for a trip to the convenience store or a restaurant.

We loved our stay at the Clarion Hotel metro Detroit airport! We were in the midst of a move and have stayed here twice in the last week for 8 days. It was pretty clean too! It was convenient and close to my job as well. It was nice also has a nice swimming pool and even though I didn't get a chance to swim on the hot days, I loved the grounds and the scenery! So relaxing! The free breakfast was also nice with waffles, eggs and sausage. I have no complaints about it and I would choose it and recommend it as one of my favorites now in this area by the airport, for price, location, and the amenities.

The low rating is because I got the room so that I could get a shuttle to the airport and drop my daughter off for her flight early the next morning stress free. We got to the lobby at 3:32 am and the shuttle had already left. The hotel receptionist did not help at all. She could not call for pickup, she did not know how to get to the airport, she didn't really seem to care. When we had arrived the night before, I had repeatedly told the receptionist that we needed to be on the 3:30 shuttle. She did not say, ”shuttle leaves promptly at 3:30 so be in lobby 5 minutes before” nor did she take a note so that the shuttle driver knew to expect a pick up. No help for hotel staff at all. As for the appearance of the hotel, everything looked nice until you looked closer. Walls needed to be painted, toilet paper dispenser was falling out of the wall, the indoor fountain was full of alge.... you get what you pay for, I was ok with that. I was there to have a stress free take off. Instead we were in a panic to figure out how to get to the airport, and had a couple wrong turns. We got there in time and everything worked out, but a little help from hotel would have made it a much nicer experience. There are a lot of hotels around the airport. I will be trying a different one next time I fly.

Convenient location near Airport and Shuttle option available. One night stay for business. Check-in was easy, parking available, friendly service, quiet hotel. The facilities felt old and outdated, noisy AC and old TV. No restaurant, they seem to be working on opening one.

Semua kemudahan yang diperlukan tersedia, dan ia juga sangat bersih, dengan bilik yang besar dan udara yang baik. Kakitangan hotel juga sangat bersemangat, dan terdapat banyak jenis restoran. Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang dan perjalanan lebih mudah. Secara keseluruhan pengalaman yang cukup baik,

Saya suka tinggal di suite penginapan Amerika Saya selalu ada di sini kakitangannya hebat dan pengurus Jenn sangat mengagumkan !!!
