"Koh Kradan is a beautiful quiet resort with cozy breeze of wind, the water at the resort is so clear that you can see a lots of creatures starfish, sea cucumbers, corals , crabs, shellfish. Seven Seas Resort is situated very near to the alighting point. Wonderful luggage service by hotel staffs from the jetty to the hotel. One of the staff Ms Lee helped me to arrange my medicines to send to my next hotel at Trang city the next morning, the extra effort to help is very much appreciated. The breakfast staffs are very helpful and one of the English speaking staff came to see if we are satisfied with the food. The restaurant provides a 15% discount on food and happy hours charge for certain drinks at half price. There is a Sunset restaurant by walking distance thru the forest path and you can also walk another 200 meters to see the sunset at the beach .At Koh Kradan, you can cater a long tail boat for 1400baht for Emerald Cove and 2 snorkeling trips. Seven seas resort really provides great service and hospitality to their guests, strongly recommended to stay here."

"The resort has seen better days. you can tell it was once grand. The grounds are huge. lotsa trees that unfortunately haven't been kept up with so the hotel has an abandoned feel to it. The entrance is dark at night and can be a little scary as there are no outside lights lighting the path (this would help BTW). It its close to everything. Aside from the overgrown grounds and lack of outside lighting its an okay resort. Opt for rooms closer to the beach "

"This is really great 2 nights stay on Koh Mook, the services from all staffs are beyond my expectation, they show genuine friendliness and willingness to serve. We enjoy having conversation with everyone. The room (deluxe double) is nicely decorated and shower is clearly separated from toilet. Location is good as it is within walking distance to village, restaurants,shops and everything. Breakfast is also good,a combination of both local and western varieties. The dining area is set on the cape with both indoor and outdoor area, so though not tried but believe the atmosphere in the evening must be great. Perfect spot for morning photos too. We will surly consider staying here again next time we visit Koh Mook"

"Leuk klein hotel, geen resort of spa te noemen. Kamers waren prima en schoon, service vanuit de balie was goed bedoeld en ze spraken een beetje Engels. Wel waren de prijzen voor een tour of taxi bij het hotel duurder dan bij een tour winkeltje. Ook deden ze weinig moeite om ons te helpen met onze vragen. Wel werden we makkelijk verplaats van kamer nadat we erg veel overlast hadden van een huilende baby. Wij vonden het een beetje raar dat ze mensen met baby’s plaatsten in het rijtje bij het zwembad, terwijl ze ook gwn huisjes hebben. Het ontbijt was maar minimale keuze vanaf de kaart, met vervolgens een lange wachttijd om je eten te krijgen. En vaak was dan de bestelling niet goed."

"The positives ... Room nice and spacious and nice balcony and view of sea, but bed was so hard, and was a small double , we had to complain, they did change it for us, sounds very petty , but we stayed in other 5 other hotels on this visit , and never encountered a problem before. when arrived water pressure from shower was so weak, after talking to the lovely man on reception, (best member of staff on whole complex) they did sort, but tap on sink still just a dribble, but sadly the room was not cleaned well, dirty socks left behind bench/curtain, dust everywhere , bits left under bed. ... The pool area is lovely and relaxing view amazing over infinity pool. Sadly shower from beach so covered in sand, that after using actually have more sand on you than before, so lots of people putting sand into pool. The property has the potential to be excellent, but feel management are letting it down, quality of food at breakfast was the worse we had in all Thailand, we stayed at several hotels during this trip, and this was just bad and lazy , and it was not down to it being a small island, there is plenty available , in local restaurants and quality of food and what was available was excellent. no fresh fruit juice , just squash, just sugar no fruit, inedible, no fresh coffee available just instant, we asked and they said not possible. everything cold ,you have to put everything through toaster , no pastries , no poached eggs , just cold fried eggs, pancakes , awful french toast, all in metal tins prepared long before, you could order omelette, but came with degusting burger cheese cut up on top. (very poor quality) they are really cutting corners, most people that stayed when we did were bringing own fruit and condiments to breakfast , gardens could be beautiful , but gardeners just sweeping leaves , no maintenance, beach beds old and hard wood, not mattresses, all in all if I ever returned would opt for no breakfast and go to local restaurants, insist on proper king size bed, and make them thoroughly clean room ."
