Hotel berhampiran Biserica Penticostală Maranata, Roquetas de Mar

Il n'y a que des éloges à dire comme avis sur cet hôtel qui est situé en bord de l'autovia.Les chambres sont neuves,le lit est immense aussi bon qu'à la maison,certe la décoration est innexistante,le personel est souriant,le petit déjeuner est dans la moyenne pour la catégorie d'hôtel.Notre GPS ,WAZE,GOOGLE ITINERAIRE ne nous ont pas indiqués le chemin à suivre alors pour les futurs clients l'hôtel se trouve à la sortie 800 de l'autovia dans un sens ou dans l'autre.C'est un bon hôtel pour séjourner deux ou trois nuits. This was our first holiday with our 4 year old son. We looked at the reviews and noticed a few people mentioning that it was mostly Spanish holiday makers, that the staff seemed to focus on them and the English were left out. Well yes that statement is true it is, but it’s Spain what do you expect, we actually found the staff very friendly and spoke very good English, they included our son in most things, and where it was an activity that was complicated it didn’t seem to bother him that he couldn’t understand a word they said, as a matter of fact it was quite amusing watching three children of different nationality playing and talking to each other even though they didn’t have a scooby what the other was saying. The hotel itself was smart, and very clean, all staff went the extra mile to help. The food was delicious with a great variety for all tastes, even our son on his beige diet ate quite well. There were meat and fish options along with veg and salad, rice and pasta, and a selection of desserts including little tubs of ice cream. The pool area was really good and perfect for what we wanted, with different areas for different age groups, and conveniently if you have mixed ages it’s easy to position yourself to see both. The beach is nice but the water gets very deep very quickly, but little ones can still enjoy the water without getting out of their depth. It’s not really sand it’s more very tiny gravel, so depending on how you cope in bare feet, take something with you. Finally to the hotel manager, thank you for making our holiday such a special occasion, and thanks to the bar staff for putting up with my attempt at Spanish, they were very nice and friendly. Well deserved 5stars

Beautiful hotel located right in the port with an abundance of delightful restaurants and bars. We booked the junior suite with jacuzzi, rather disappointed as no sun loungers on our private terrace despite plenty of room to accommodate them. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, check in staff were wonderful however I strongly disagree with a €15 room service charge, even if you only want a glass of wine bringing to you. When you pay €250 a night I expect as a minimum to be able to order a drink to my room. We ended up walking to the bar next door, a 2 minute walk and spent €118 for a delicious lunch and drinks do the hotel is missing out on extra revenue because of this ‘ service ‘ charge policy. Surely in todays day and age you should be able to order extras without incurring a charge for a standard hotel service

We stayed for 3 nights and played golf twice. The hotel looks quite grand when you arrive,and we had no trouble parking, although it’s low season. In high season I expect you would have difficulty finding a parking space outside, in which case you would have to pay to park in the hotel underground facility. Our room had a lovely view with a small balcony over the swimming pool. It was fully functional and clean, but pretty tired. The air conditioning seemed to have been set to winter mode, so the room was 25C. Maybe okay for Spanish guests, but far too hot for us. The chamber maids, maintenance man, then hotel Director all tried to rectify the problem, which was subsequently rectified the following day. We were offered a move to an apartment, but didn’t fancy that. The beds in the room were also too hard for us, and the maids put on toppers the second night which made them a bit softer. Breakfast was pleasant, standard fare. We didn’t have dinner, but ate in the bar, which again was fine. We sat out on the terrace one lunchtime in the sunshine, and I suspect the pool area is lovely in high season. One lunchtime, the hotel recommended a restaurant in Aguadulce, restaurant Mistela Gastronomia, which was excellent. Very easy and cheap to get a taxi there and back. We played golf twice. Both days were at the weekend, but the course was very quiet, and we were not paired with anyone else. Very unusual even in low season. The area, and course is very hilly, so I would recommend a buggy (unless you’re super fit). It’s a woodland course, which I found quite interesting and challenging. Any water features are dry at the moment. ‘Rustic’ is the description I would use to describe the course. The pro shop were very friendly and surprisingly well stocked with a variety of clubs. It’s difficult to see how the hotel has achieved 5 star status, but the place grew on us, as all of the staff were so friendly. Despite having to complain, everyone we came into contact with tried their best to help, and seemed to want us to have a nice time. Not sure we would return, but we had a pleasant couple of days.

really lovely hotel, walking distance to everything in the historical part of Almeria. We had the family suite which was great for the 4 of us with lots of space and privacy. Helpful and friendly staff, can't fault any part of it. Would definitely recommend using the hotel parking. Will definitely do our best to return!

Stayed here for 4 nights while having meetings in one of their conference rooms. Staff is friendly, the rooms are not overly big but have all the bells and whistles, breakfast was ok, not the best I ever had but certainly not the worst either and valet parking very convenient . The best part of this hotel is the location. Most everything is close by including some great restaurants that are within walking distance.

I’ve stayed here for about a week on a business trip in Spain. The hotel is on Mediterranean avenue and close proximity to Mediterranean Commercial centre Mall. The Hotel staff is Very friendly Ms Patricia & Ms Loraine is very helpful for your questions and guidance about local visits. Breakfast provided by ah! was just wonderful and healthy. I didn’t feel at different continent during my visit. Didn’t had any challenges with food, local exploration. In terms of accessibility, You have bus stops at walkable distance and easily accessible to prime locations in Almeria. In total, I loved my time being at Almeria and Avenida hotel is just another reason behind it. Strongly recommended for Business visits and a very simple yet right choice if you’re planning along with family. Friendly and efficient check in. Nice modern hotel, rooms clean and spacious. Good location next to shopping centre and good restaurants and tapas bars within a few minutes walk, hotel bar very quiet , over all a nice experience with no complaints, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet with the usual selection of ham, salamis and cheese with bread and nice cakes. The hot cooked selection was adequate. A good hotel frequented by many business people.
