Playalinda

We (family of 4) spent 11 days here , and from the beginning the reception team was friendly, welcoming and looking forward to help, nothing was to much trouble for this department. Food was great, plenty of choices,clean restaurant and once again friendly stuff. Bar stuff, brilliant brilliant and I have to mention here Alejandro, Juan, Victor, plus Victor from restaurant, nice people, I do hope I will meet them again sometimes in this life. House keeping department was on top with everything, this hotel is clean and this is because this "Shadow" department,brilliant again. Pools, fabulous, those masive slides are a fun experience and the water was spot on, plus that safeguarding team was in charge. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Very nice place, Staff is amazing, services are very good, good location and facilities. Children really enjoy the animation group in mini club, nights are very funny aswell, children and adult can enjoy the show. very recomended

My son (13) and I have just come back to Dublin from a one week full board stay at Playalinda, and enjoyed it. I ordered a taxi through the hotel to collect and drop us to and from the airport as Almeira is only 30 mins each way, otherwise you are on a bus which takes hours. The hotel website offers a shuttle service, but when I enquired, they said they did not. The website needs some updating. This hotel is a solid 3 star resort, not a 4 star, but perfectly nice none the less. The other guests are mostly Spanish, Dutch, German, French, and Icelandic with the odd English and Irish family thrown in. The Hotel entrance is dated and apart from a small a very very under whelming, but don't let that put you off. The staff were all lovely, from the restaurant to room cleaners, from the pool attendents to the receptionists, especially Anna who was particularly accommodating on reception. We stayed on the 7th floor, the top floor. The lifts go to 6th. But, it was wonderful, there are only 3 rooms on this level, it's incredibly quiet with great sea views. The room was dated and a little tired, but very clean with a fridge and a large balcony with chairs, table and parasol. If you want some luxury you need to book the 6th floor as this is the only floor renovated, and from peeking into these rooms, I have to say they look lovely. The food was fine for us. Each sitting has hot and cold foods on offer. Breakfast can be a full Irish, or fresh fruit, boiled eggs, fresh meats, coffee, juices, breads, pancakes, cereals sweet cakes etc, something for everyone. Lunch and dinner are much the same. I stuck to salads, my son had paella, or grilled fish or meats and French fries or pasta. There is a dessert section and for the kids an ice cream fridge and crepe station. There is a pub attached to the hotel, which has kids game machines, and a pool table. The pool area is great and very clean. There are two pools which are shared by the Playa Sol hotel opposite. Plenty of beds even when busy. There is also a separate section with water slides, which are great fun. And then there is a totally separate large quiet pool away from the maddening crowds if you prefer that. There is water aerobics at 1pm & 6pm, which was quite popular and a small kids club completely separate for them to enjoy. The beach is 1 minute walk from the hotel and is so clean. It's not a sand beach, tiny stones, but no problem to walk on in bare feet. The beds can be rented for €5 for the whole day. We walked the lovely long prom most evenings. This is divided into a walk and bicycle lane. There are some restaurants and shops along the away. If you fancy some shopping there are plenty of large shopping centres a taxi or bus journey away. There is a large Spar shop 5 mins walk from the hotel and plenty of restaurants and pubs to eat, drink or watch football, or rent a bike or family tuk tuk. Bueno pues ya devuelta después de pasar unos maravillosos días en Playalinda, quiero dar mi opinión, hemos estado mi familia y yo desde el 8 al 13 de septiembre, no hemos podido estar mejor, la atención de recepción (Todos), camareros (Todos), limpiadoras (Todas) la animación (Todos), la verdad es que ha sido espectacular,la verdad es que conocíamos la cadena, porque hemos estado en playasol tres veces y este año queríamos probar y la verdad todo perfecto, las comidas buenísimas, siempre me pregunto porque se queja la gente, si hay de todo, en fin pa gusto colores, Sin duda volveremos si Dios quiere. Gracias Playalinda por estas vacaciones con mi familia

Es un hotel pequeño en el que puedes encontrar mucha tranquilidad si es lo que buscas y si quieres más diversión también te la ofrecen en las piscinas del playasol.La comida genial,muy variada y rica.El personal maravilloso.Lo recomiendo mucho.

Es la tercera vez que acudimos a un hotel de esta cadena y no ha defraudado. Habitación amplia (lo único incómodo era el baño por dimensiones pero para unos días no es importante), personal muy atento tanto en cafetería como comedor y piscina. Hay que tener cuidado en las piscinas porque es fácil resbalar al caminar tanto calzado como descalzo Mi hija se hizo en la piscina un corte en un dedo dl pie y el socorrista la atendió rápido,amable y eficaz. La comida muy bien, la animación buena y el delficlub para los peques genial. Como en todo hay cosas positivas y negativas pero en nuestro caso destaca lo positivo ante todo. De nuevo agradecer a todos su amabilidad.

La habitación muy amplia y las camas cómodas,se puede descansar estupendamente. La comida gran variedad y muy buena calidad. El personal muy atento, sobre todo los del restaurante y los bares. Variedad de piscinas.Recomendables al 100%

Objetivamente, buena relación calidad precio (1700€ 7 noches 4 PAX en MP). Habitación: Pros: grande, limpia y dos buenas camas. Contras: necesita una renovación. Instalaciones: Pros: buenas piscinas, una de agua más caliente, otra de agua más "fría" con toboganes pequeños y la zona de los toboganes grandes, genial. Limpieza en zona de piscinas. Contras: igual que la habitación, en algunas zonas no vendría mal una renovación (alfombras de pasillo). Personal: Todo pros, desde socorristas, muy profesionales sobre todo los de los toboganes grandes (se ve que saben que hay peligro y se responsabilizan, por tanto chapó), como el equipo de animación siempre dispuestos a sacarte una sonrisa. Comida: Es verdad que la variedad y calidad puede ser mejorable y el hotel debería poner un poco de esfuerzo en este punto para hacerlo más atractivo para sus clientes. Para nosotros, la experiencia global ha sido positiva y si se pudieran corregir estos detalles, el hotel sería una gran destino en Roquetas.
