Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Lagoa

Not to sure where to start. The most annoying thing, is the way the Hotel is ripping of its customers. With 5 star prices when the hotel is a 3 star at best. You pay 550 euro for a beer in the hotel and you can get 5 x beers for that price 100m outside the hotel and around the island. Very much the same with the food. And again the bar food and service is nowhere near 5 star. We went down for dinner on a Tuesday night at 19.40. The restaurant was not even a quarter full, when we where asked, have you booked. Not a good evening are a how are you, just have you booked, we said no that we didn't no we needed to, nothing was said, after a long pause, the very rude guy that seem to be the restaurant manager said, we can take you at 20.30. Not saying anything like we are sorry but at present we have no room but we can fit you in. We eat a the Bar which is the same restaurant but only 1x bar staff on, who was working all the bar tables also, leaving most people sitting waiting. Again if this was a 5 star this world not be happening. Reminds us of a traveller lodge bar. What 5 star resort makes you que up for a beach towel at reception each morning with I ticket in you hand, so 3star. On the up side the room are great and cleaning services each day. The breakfast is OK but again no where near 5 star. Another examplef: we used 1x coffee pop that are in the room with the tea/coffee kettle ect, and on check out the only item on or pill was 75cent for thar coffee pop, need I say anything else to the people reading this and stay 5 star around the world, my 1st time in my 40 years of travelling around the world. Don't get me started on the car rental that the hotel provide. Car rental that ripe of the hotel quess just because there is nothing eles to do but rent a car. Bestride, need to change there name to! Well I'll let you decide should you use them. Yes you have all the 5 star things you expect in a 5 star hotel but not the staff or food at Pedras do Mar Resort and spa so don't expect it.

Pekerja kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat membantu. Mereka memberikan cadangan yang baik untuk restoran dan tapak di pulau itu. Mereka juga menghubungi tapak untuk memastikan mereka dibuka pada hari cuti kebangsaan apabila kebanyakan tempat ditutup. Restoran ini mempunyai banyak pilihan pilihan makanan pada bufet sarapan dan makan malam mereka. Kami memesan Ala carte semasa makan malam dan makanannya panas dan baru disediakan. Tidak banyak rempah, tetapi rasa tidak kurang. Lokasinya agak jauh dari pusat bandar dan tidak mempunyai pemandangan laut. Bilik-bilik sangat bersih dan permintaan khas dikendalikan dengan cepat.

We stayed for four nights in a king room and returned for one night to a standard room on our way home both were excellent , Check in was so pleasant nothing was a problem stored our cases for 12 days while we visited islands ,Welcome drink is a nice touch and personal card in room each time . Off street parking ,really nice pool with towels available at reception ,lounge off reception with menu was our stop for lunch . Breakfast was perfect lots of fresh fruit and pastries. Outside was repainted while we were staying and looks great, you can see the management are investing and improving the hotel and when you walk in reception lounge/bar has a real fresh feel . Hotel is well located at the end of the sea front and a short walk to plenty of good restaurants. Thanks to staff for a super stay and we will definitely return next year . Honestly couldn’t recommend hotel enough.

Great hotel!! Easy check in, easy check out. Centrally located. Right across from the marina so you can leisurely walk around the town. Exceptional housekeeping!! Large, delicious breakfast buffet. Outstanding staff. Wonderful restaurant . We will definitely go back.

I stayed in The Lince for several days in January, 2024. The very good impression met me at the front doors and stayed with me all the time. The personnel is so polite and helpful, that it was like visiting friends. Food on breakfasts is excellent. If you need to eat something during the day, you are welcome to have pleasure too. And dinners were extraordinary. It is possible to go to the restaurant on dinner even if you don’t stay here. And I recommend to eat here and enjoy excellent dishes, great serving and selection of very tasty wine. Definetely I will return to stay here again on my next trips to Azores. And I‘d like to visit the Lince in continental Portugal, when it is opened this year.

A conference hotel in winter, everything is up to Five Star hotels standards all over the world. However i was stucked in the elevator for 3 minutes and didn't why the door kept closed.

Also mit Abstand das beste Hotel des diesjährigen Azoren Trips. Schönes, sehr sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hafen. Tolles SPA! Gutes Frühstück und extrem freundliches Personal. Einziger Kritikpunkt: wie in so vielen Hotels fehlt die ausreichende Möglichkeit zum Trockenen nasser Kleidung. Auf den Azoren wird es halt schon mal feucht von oben. Und es wäre schön wenn man Schuhe und Jacken trocknen könnte.

Myself and my wife were very happy with the Sao Miguel Park Hotel. I cannot comment on value for money as the hotel was part of a package holiday which included activities everyday, but in terms of pure hotel it made for an excellent say. Loved our room (307) which got the evening sun and it was a pleasure to sit on it's balcony after being out all day. Used the pool and it was very good and welcome when we returned from our trips. It does lose the sun that side of the hotel late afternoon, but not an issue. We found our room/bed comfortable and not outdated. Breakfast was fine, not the best we have ever had, but perfectly okay and kept me happy until my next meal. We did not use the dinner option (did think the buffet offering was expensive), as the town is close and has many excellent restaurants to choose from. The little we asked anything of reception we found all were friendly and helpful, as seems true of everyone on the island. I would be very happy to go back to this hotel in the future.

Wonderful place in a perfect location! Short walk to restaurants, cafes and waterfront. Very clean room. Cute patio. Friendly, helpful staff. Cozy place for our family of 5. Everyone had their own bed. We rented a car to explore the island. Free parking a few blocks away. Thank you Carlos, Luis and Maria! We will be back!

Liked · - View from the room - Breakfast variety and fresh cooked omeletes - Rooftop bar and cockteils Disliked · - Reception personel politeness and their general attitude. They are always detached and speaking Portugese at first, although they knew we were from abroad. They were not even greeting us when entering the hotel and trying to look the other way. Same is for the personel in the breakfast entrance. They are always with a bad attitude and strange looks. To be absolutely fair, there are 2 young guys in the reception area that are very polite and only cared to ask if we are satisfied during our 7 days there.. Also in the breakfast personel, only the 2 chef's are polite and helpful. - Room had markings on the walls and 1 spider web, ”SmartTV” is from 2010 probably. Only screen sharing makes it ”smart”. Also a big stamp on the carpet. In a week of stay, we only saw once to change bed sheets. - Restaurant of hotel is overpriced, small portions and wines are extremely overpriced. In a short walking distance, a restaurant next to marina is offering much better food. Also the offer only dinner and no lunch at all. - They claim to offer vallet parking (10 euro per day). But actually you need to find a place to leave the car outside. I had to park several times on the pavement illegally as the parking spots at the entrace were almost every time full and then try to find someone from the reception to give the keys and to park my car. Same situation when you want to get the car from the garage. And their attitude is like doing you a favor to get the car, that you have paid to park in their garage. I asked twice to get the car myself and they always declined. Also since the parking spots at the entrance are almost every time occupied, it is difficult to load the baggage to the car etc. - Different treatment if you are of younger age. It seems you have to be over 45 to be treated with respect in the hotel. Very dissapointed to see such behavior from the personel. It ruined the whole stay on the island, which is otherwise amazing.
