部屋が広くて綺麗でした。 アメニティもひと通り揃っています。 浴槽に汚れがこびり付いていたことと、エアコンの音がうるさくて夜起きてしまったことを除けば、とても良いホテルです。

This is a nice, fairly modern hotel, with a great breakfast buffet. We travel as a family of 7, so always book a suite. We booked our stay 5 months in advance. When we arrived, we were told that their suites needed repairs and that they had tried to call us that day to inform us. We were split up on the same floor but on different hallways. Our room was nice, but didn't have a bathtub. And the pool area did not offer a hot tub even though it was spacious. My biggest complaint was that at check-in, we were promised that we would be charged only what we had already paid. Instead, we were charged for 2 rooms, spending much more than planned for this trip. It's been a month, with no response to my email enquiries.

旅行的中轉站睡一覺還是很不錯的！酒店很新，床品很舒服，是萬豪的品質。酒店停車22刀每天，但是對麪停車樓衹要六刀，他們一般會推薦客人停斜對麪。我退房的時候是早上六點，天還沒亮，一個女生要去斜對麪停車樓那拿車，酒店還派了個保安陪我走過去看到我上車保證我的安全！他說Toledo是小底特律，有的地方治安不是太好！所以他們要陪我走去拿車！太好的酒店了吧

Great location in the middle of the city. Rooms are large and up-to-date. OUTSTANDING!!

The hotel is clean,bright,and the staff is friendly and eager to help with anything you need. Mrs Bee runs the breakfast area and keeps it spotless and fully stocked. She goes out of her way to say hi and always has a smile. Sarah is as friendly and professional as you can ask for. She is outfront making sure the hotel is always putting its best foot forward. The staff as a whole is great,the cleaning crew keeps rooms spotless and well stocked. Missy and Raven whom also work the front desk are always willing to help when needed. I come to the Toledo area fairly often and this is my go to place. They are working on getting the indoor pool in working order hopefully soon.
