The receptionists were extremely kind and friendly both Steve and a female receptionist called (Alana i think) went above and beyond to make sure my stay was good while I was under the weather with flu. They offered me bottles of water, lemsips and even gave us a later check out. Thank you so much!

Good stay at the Hotel it was clean comfortable and warm the beds where comfortable and I liked that you have control of how warm or cold the room is by thermostat it the room the only thing I did not like very much is that you had to pay for the Parking by Card you can not pay cash so make sure you take your card other than that I would gladly stay again.

We stayed for just one night but it was absolutely perfect. Alana on the reception was so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed so comfortable. The bathroom had a bath and shower, again very clean. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Generally I have nothing bad to say about Premier Inn. Maybe because it's Christmas they're following in Scrooge's footsteps! Now charging £3 per night to park and have stopped providing drinking chocolate and decaf tea sachets in the room. When I asked for them I was told they have stopped doing them.

I stayed for 1 night for a Christmas do. The hotel is in a great location for Wickersley and Rotherham. The staff were pleasant and helpful. They went the extra mile, offering me lavender bubble bath and other extra. They were so kind and friendly. I will definitely stay again.

I've stayed in quite a few premier inns and this was by far the best one,from the minute I arrived which was very late in the evening the staff was so friendly and helpful and for the whole 5 days stay the brilliant service continued even in the restaurant. A massive thank you to Alana on reception who was so friendly and helpful,amazing service and truly a credit to your company . Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This review is a sadly a little late. A large party of 4 adults, x2 kids and a baby we were split over 2 rooms from 30/10- 01/11. From the off we we were greeted warmly at Reception and this continued throughout our stay with all members of staff. Shout out to Claire from Housekeeping who not only serviced our rooms but she and Steve left a thoughtful gift of hot chocolate and bath soak due to the cold weather. A nice pub attached and in a great location with plenty amenities. I would reccommend this Premier Inn to anyone.

All staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was quiet and had everything that I needed for my stay. The price was great and plenty of local amenities around. Breakfast at the beefeater was lovely, so much choice, great price and was cooked to order which came very quickly

As usual, the hotel itself was great, as was the breakfast. You do however, now have to pay for parking, which I think was £7 a night. This is because the car park is now privately owned. Apart from that, everything was great 😎. you don't have to eat in the Brecks either if you don't want to as there are some decent eateries in the area.
