Nice hotel. Every things good Specially the worm pool. Only the room Temperature is hot. And the air conditioner not cooling well when we spoke with staff they offered a Fan and that not enough during a summer time Recommended to during winter time

Great stay here! Room was newly renovated, great location as it was close to everything we wanted to do while in Rotorua. Definitely recommend!

this is an ideal place to stay, stayed here 10 years ago, they have now got some nice refurbished rooms, clean and ideal for stay with Kids. Nearby Halal Restaurant AliBaba was handy.

Hotel is located at city centre and we found the room to be comfortable and with good basic amenities. No room slipper, shaver like most hotels in Asia, we were provided with shower gel, shampoo, shower cap, vanity kit. Hotel also has gym, pool and hot tub. Overall a pleasant stay with comfortable bed.

Stayed one night, great location, friendly staff and good facilities onsite. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable beds and pillows. Didnt have dinner or breakfast onsite this time so cant comment on that, lots of wonderful restaurants amd takeaway options woth few minutes walk Recommend and will stay again

The hotel is at a convenient location, however it is quite old and dated. Acceptable but would probably try some other hotels next time

Room are old but clean. Location is good. Wifi is terrible, can join network at the beginning but the second cannot connect all all. Very disappointed. Sound proof was terrible, you can hear someone next door or outside corridor.

Location is right beside lake. Got a level 3 lake view but blocked by tree. Level 4 or 5 might be able to oversee the lake from the balcony. location is very good as it is near all the necessities and mall is like 3mins drive away. Room is spacious with 2 queen bed but backdated. Staff are friendly. Hotel sells travel adaptor at NZ$20 and do not provide complimentary loan to guest. Toilet is abit old but decent size with bathtub. There is a gap between the door frame and door for our room and people could peep into the room. Called for room service. Made the room but didn’t clear bin trash. Subsequent day we asked to clean room but they only clear trash but didn’t make up room.
