Small room with clean environments, limited parking. Overall perfect for short term staying

Great location close to main bus terminal, friendly staff and clean rooms.

They dont have heating a/c especially in the common areas. It's impossible to use the toilet and bathroom under such circumstance.

Everything was A1, next to bus to Auckland so easy

The shower in the bathroom has a shower head (🚿) that can only be turned on and off, and it's a fixed temperature? But when there are a lot of people in the morning, the water pressure is weak and it's cold, then lukewarm, and it's a mess. It's completely open to the outside, so it's freezing and really miserable. There's no shelf in the shower to put shampoo, cell phone, toothbrush, etc. Anyway, the shower is the worst. There's no hair dryer. Everything else was fine. There's a coffee pot, microwave, etc. It seems like they don't provide towels. Is that what's hanging in the shower? No shampoo or conditioner.
