Coffee at breakfast very mediocre - sad for 5 star. Mold in shower - also not 5 star. The worst is the fact that we had to wait at checkout ”because they needed to check if we took something from mini bar” - that's like ”we think you are lying 🤥”. After 15 minutes of waiting for their check we had to go to the counter again as they clearly forgot about their check ...and then we ”got permission to leave” :) For the rest it's a nice hotel, not noisy and good beds. Good location. Tip : reserve your parking yourself in ”Erasmus brug”. Cheaper then via the hotel.

From the time we walked through the front door to when we left two days later all was perfect. The staff very happy and helpful. The room was very nice and well appointed . We chose this hotel because it is connected to-the Rotterdam Cruise Terminal. It is close too many eateries. Ifwe return in the future we will rebook. This is a five star hotel. Thanks all.

I had an amazing stay.. the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive.. the hotel room was clean, and the beds were comfy.. the decor in the public areas was incredible.. there was a great selection of food at breakfast and I really appreciated the fact it was served until midday.. I would highly recommend this hotel.. and if I ever travel to Rotterdam I would definitely stay here again.. 😊

Single room, small in size but with a fantastic view of the canal. There was no table and chair to work on the computer. I made do with the window sill and sitting on the edge of the bed. Comfortable bed and pillow. Fridge and coffee machine in the room. Everything clean and in perfect condition. Good wi-fi signal. Residential area and surroundings safe and secure.

Really nice hotel. The view is stunning. Great amenities. Nice breakfast. Very near to the metro. Trams stop in front of the hotel. Very accessible. But the check in is at 3pm. Unlike other hotels, we can check in a bit earlier. But here, we had to stay at the lobby until the check in time. Good thing, you can drop your luggage at the reception desk and stroll around the city. Overall it’s good, worth the price!

My oldest child and I were viewing a university in the Netherlands. So we stayed for 3 nights. We were a bit worried about safety and noise due to us being solo travellers etc but we had no need to be. We were up on the top floor so far from the street. We never felt unsafe. Shower was very good. Staff extremely nice. No concerns about safety. They had a washer dryer which was very handy. We went to the music night they had and it was very nice. We got breakfast one of the days and we found it good value. Place was clean. Hair dryers weren’t working sadly. But other than that, no other issues.

Just opened hotel in the center of Rotterdam has bright spacious rooms . Room has flat screen TV, free of charge WiFi in the entire building. Walk in shower has screen protector. Hairdryer and toiletries are free of charge. Hotel is located in museums area, maritime museum is in approximately 350 meters away. Unfortunately during COVID-19 time it was closed.

The hotel seems like an annex to Hotel Emma in Rotterdam (2 min walking from Umplugged). Room is super cute decorated and clean, and the mattress is amazingly comfortable. Location is also really convenient, close to metro station and 10 min walk from Rotterdam Central Station. There is also a street close by with bars and nice brunch places. We book the hotel with my boyfriend for only one night after a concert in the Rotterdam Ahoy, but it was actually a really good place to stay longer! :)

The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to many sights and shops as well as the metro and tram if you want to travel further away. The rooms facing the canal have a nice view but it's a shame the windows are small. There is a good car park next door to the hotel but hotel guests get no discount for parking there (24 Euros per night). Rooms are on the small side but fine for a couple of nights. They include a safe, which is nice to have. The hotel is not cheap, though. Around 200 Euros per night (without breakfast or parking) for a basic hotel chain like Ibis is quite steep. For that money, the hotel should at least make sure the curtains are not full of holes! They don't seem to have family rooms either, so families have to pay for two rooms per night.
