Everything was perfect during my stay. Will definitely come back

Cozy, modern and clean hotel. Bed and pillow is comfortable. About 15min walk from Rotterdam Central. There's a lounge on 2nd floor with self service food.

Location is great. Close to the shopping area, department store etc… But the TV in the room, the phone and even the light is broken when we entered. The light fixed by reception at once. But the phone and the TV is not fixed well. The google tv installed on the TV is offline suddenly and the handled is not stable. Many time I felt it is going to fall on the ground…

Convenient location as it’s close to all the stores. But the sound from the street at night is quite loud. And sounding proofing is not so good. You can hear everything from the hallway when someone walks pass by. There’s very limited amenities provided. Staff are super helpful.

Very good location close to the Rotterdam central train station , just a few blocks from the Maritiem museum and other Rotterdam attractions like the stadhuis , markthal , kijk kubus , the hotel seems to be a new or very recent operation hotel so it’s clean and is located on a area full of shops , galleries , restaurants

Our stay with The James Rotterdam was honestly amazing, front desk was always friendly and helpful and of course the location of the hotel was great as well! Everything was perfect up until the night before we checked out. Thankfully we were up a little late as we were packing our luggages to leave the next day, when suddenly we heard our door opened, and a man came in, there seemed to be another one waiting by the door. They didn’t seemed “shock” as if like “hey why were we assigned a room with guests still in it”. They said something in their language and they left the room. Next morning we checked with the front desk, she said she was also handling the night shift and had no one came down to report anything about wrong room assignment. Afterwards we left as we were rushing for the train to the airport and the matter was left like that. We checked out on 11th May around 620-630am, our room number was 703. If the hotel could kindly look into this matter, we would much appreciate this. Thank you.

I had been stayed for 2 times with my boyfriend The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted explore. design of the hotel and the room was cozy

It has a walking distance to everything in town, there is even no need for riding a bus.

Clean and pleasant hotel. Friendly staff. Great location – just a 10-minute walk to the train station. You can buy basic breakfast items on-site, which is convenient. The deposit was returned quickly after check-out.

We stayed in two double rooms and they are very spacious, rooms are very clean and you will have everything you need. Location is very convenient and close to central station and trams. A lot of shops and restaurants around.
