Big, spacious rooms. Very lovely free sauna. Beautiful and unique design throughout the hotel. Metro and tram 3 min walk away.

The hotel receptionist was not helpful, it was raining quite heavy that day & I needed to run to the reception 3 times before they open the gate for me to park the car. You need to book parking on line & the system is complicated. It’s a good size room but with a stale smell of body odour, even we open the window but it didn’t help. For the price we’ve paid I’ll not recommend this hotel especially the service is so bad.

A very good hotel. I get a free upgrade to executive room. The staffs are very friendly. The only bad thing is sound proof not very good, always heard a lot of people walking outside and bang things inside their room.

Third visit to Room Mate Bruno in Rotterdam. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and it’s perfectly located. Great breakfast spread as well.

I had an amazing stay.. the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive.. the hotel room was clean, and the beds were comfy.. the decor in the public areas was incredible.. there was a great selection of food at breakfast and I really appreciated the fact it was served until midday.. I would highly recommend this hotel.. and if I ever travel to Rotterdam I would definitely stay here again.. 😊

部屋は広く、またアメニティも数多くありとても満足のいく滞在でした。朝ごはんも非常に豪華でおすすめです！共用部も受付、1階ともに広々としたスペースがありくつろぐことができます。部屋が寒かったため8月ですが長袖で過ごしたこととWifiが多くの時間繋がらなかったのが残念でした。
