Perfect location just next to the shopping district Lijnbaan and only a 10-13m walking distance to Rotterdam Centraal. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff is kind and helpful. Om addition they havw a 24/7 self checkout store with nice food snacks and ammenities.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang. Wir haben ein Zimmer in der 12. Etage bekommen was wir so gerne haben wollten. Die Dame am Empfang hat alles möglich gemacht das wir in der 12. Etage das Zimmer bekommen. Wir waren richtig happy und haben uns gefreut. Der Ausblick war klasse. Immer wieder gerne das Art Hotel.❤️

After stay at the Copenhagen CityHub I thought why not give this Rotterdam one a go as my experience before was great. Well firstly my god it was noisy, I had requested a quiet pod in the hotel as I'm a very light sleeper (even with earplugs in and pillow overhead lol) . So I was placed near the toilets/showers.... Ding ding ding alarms should have been going off then as the amount of banging those toilets/showers doors and the thumping of the people who sounded like they was thumping past all the pods (request a top pod in future). With ear plugs I was woken up early by other pod users who didn't have a care about anybody else who would have even been asleep as long as the could have a chat in the hall ways as loud as possible. So if you are going out and getting drunk this hotel is perfect for you but if you are on a sightseeing trip and wanting a early night we'll best of luck with that. None of my USB chargers were working in my pod but luckily I had brought a plug with more than 1 socket on it for charging. You get what you pay here and for a single person it's the cheapest option in the city. Lockers are huge and fitted my large suitcase in very easily. Staff very helpful as usual especially the American guy. Would I stay again, I'm afraid I wouldn't at this one as far too noisy for me. Maybe big groups shouldn't be all put on same floor and then they can meet in area downstairs and chat as loud as possible as they want at any time that suits them.

The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to many sights and shops as well as the metro and tram if you want to travel further away. The rooms facing the canal have a nice view but it's a shame the windows are small. There is a good car park next door to the hotel but hotel guests get no discount for parking there (24 Euros per night). Rooms are on the small side but fine for a couple of nights. They include a safe, which is nice to have. The hotel is not cheap, though. Around 200 Euros per night (without breakfast or parking) for a basic hotel chain like Ibis is quite steep. For that money, the hotel should at least make sure the curtains are not full of holes! They don't seem to have family rooms either, so families have to pay for two rooms per night.

It took over an hour to get a room from check-in. The first room didn’t have WiFi, so they sent me to another room ( they didn’t help move my luggage and I spent 25 traipsing around trying to find my rooms) - having moved room - still no WiFi and the key didn’t work. This hotel looks like a fun place to stay - but it is awful. I’ve been here an hour - apparently someone will be down to help. Can’t unpack as I expect that I’ll be moved again (and won’t get help). Have just been called and they wanted me to go to another part of the ship….where there is WiFi…I guess we’re giving up on being allowed to work in my room.

My experience in this hotel was really nice. It's located near the city center and the metro station and you can practically have everything you need (supermarkets, shops, food) within a few minutes on foot. All the stuff is really kind and helpful for anything it may occur during your stay in the hotel. Breakfast has not a big variety of drinks and food but it's still really good. My only complaint about this hotel is that there is no fridge in the room, which you really going to need if you are staying for more than 5 days. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay in days inn and I would definitely visit this hotel again.

El hotel en general bueno pero la habitación un poco pequeña. La localización genial, al lado de la estación central de Rotterdam.

Very good hotel. Less then 8 mins. walk from the Rotterdam Central Station, RET train stations in front of the hotel, very very convenient for travel. Walking distance to many attractions. Room is clean, tidy, simple and comfortable. Breakfast is simple but good quality. All staff at the front desk are helpful and patient. It is recommended for business trip of personal travel.

Electric Power break down as it seems old cabling and wifi never works and no attention done by some staff though some staff is good also . Hotel is centrally located only needs some attention .

I had an amazing stay.. the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive.. the hotel room was clean, and the beds were comfy.. the decor in the public areas was incredible.. there was a great selection of food at breakfast and I really appreciated the fact it was served until midday.. I would highly recommend this hotel.. and if I ever travel to Rotterdam I would definitely stay here again.. 😊
