Accueil digne d'un hôtel haut de gamme. Equipe de réception très professionnelle tout comme l'ensemble du personnel de cet hôtel que je n'hésiterai pas à classer comme meilleur Ibis Styles fréquenté ces dernières années. Certes, c'est hôtel très récent mais on peut aisément constaté qu'il a été conçu avec des équipements et des matériaux de très bonnes qualités. La décoration (hall, bar, restaurant, chambres) réalisée avec goût sans oublier l'aspect confort que certains architectes oublient lors de la conception de certains hôtels. Le service est lui aussi très professionnel et courtois tant au bar, au restaurant et lors du petit déjeuner. Le restaurant (italien) propose des mets variés et qualitatifs. On ressent l'envie de satisfaire et de bien faire. Belle petite carte des vins. Merci spécial au manager Eliott. Le petit déjeuner proposé est lui aussi très varié et riche (cela change du traditionnel petit déjeuner standard et pauvre des hôtels Ibis en France). Les chambres sont bien équipées et joliment décorées. L'hôtel est situé face à la salle omnisport et concerts de Ahoy. Parking payant jouxtant l'hôtel. 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro Zuidplein qui vous permet de rejoindre la gare de Rotterdam Centraal en un peu plus de 10 minutes et l'hyper centre de Rotterdam en 5 minutes. En conclusion, même si nous avons la chance de fréquenter plutôt des hôtels premium je qualifierai l'IBIS Styles Ahoy comme un des meilleurs hôtel fréquenté depuis 25 ans dans le groupe Accor. Encore un grand merci à la manager Natasja et son équipe. Nous reviendrons. S. Talhi

It took over an hour to get a room from check-in. The first room didn’t have WiFi, so they sent me to another room ( they didn’t help move my luggage and I spent 25 traipsing around trying to find my rooms) - having moved room - still no WiFi and the key didn’t work. This hotel looks like a fun place to stay - but it is awful. I’ve been here an hour - apparently someone will be down to help. Can’t unpack as I expect that I’ll be moved again (and won’t get help). Have just been called and they wanted me to go to another part of the ship….where there is WiFi…I guess we’re giving up on being allowed to work in my room.

It is about time someone (aka me) wrote a recent review on my stay. This was a great stay. This is small hotel, all the staff super friendly especially both the gentleman on reception. I have seen reviews elsewhere complaining of the breakfast. Just a reminder that this is a 3* hotel and the breakfast is more than adequate to set you up for the day and has all the essentials. The room was spacious, very clean and modestly modern enough especially the bathroom which had lots of space to keep belongings. The small attention detail was nice - towels with the hotel name on, coffee cups with inspiring/funny messages, 2 plug points near the bed, clock in the breakfast room in keeping with the hotel’s link with the port/shipping industry. Note, the rooms have a fan (but they are in the process of installing air conditioning to all the rooms). Only suggestion I have is that the bathroom door in room 103 was a little squeaky (just needs WD40), pillow could be a little less lumpy (but they were more than happy to supply more pillows and still slept very well) and the drinks from the fridge by reception is on the expensive side but all minor points. Location is great. 10 mins walk from Euromast and a few minutes walk from Coolhaven Station, qs a little far from the Centraal Station to walk and even Blaak (where the markethall and cube houses are). All in all, I would definitely stay again. It was a pleasant, relaxing and quiet experience. It felt safe yet cosy. The hotel seemed a little quiet, despite being the weekend, I hope it picks up over the summer. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Just opened hotel in the center of Rotterdam has bright spacious rooms . Room has flat screen TV, free of charge WiFi in the entire building. Walk in shower has screen protector. Hairdryer and toiletries are free of charge. Hotel is located in museums area, maritime museum is in approximately 350 meters away. Unfortunately during COVID-19 time it was closed.

The hotel is well located in the center of Rotterdam, the room is clean and the price is not excessive. There is no air conditioning, but there is a large, quiet ceiling fan. For breakfast, you have to go to a restaurant which is located three minutes walk from the hotel where you receive a hearty and varied breakfast, but always the same every day. Having stayed five days, I received five tickets for breakfast. However, I learned on the penultimate day that the restaurant only opens at 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays, instead of 7:30 a.m. on other days. As this did not suit me at all because I had to take a train at 9:15 a.m., I requested a refund for this last ticket, which was categorically refused. I don't understand at all this non-commercial and rigid attitude for a customer who stayed five days, especially since the host could resell this unused ticket to a next customer.

From the time we walked through the front door to when we left two days later all was perfect. The staff very happy and helpful. The room was very nice and well appointed . We chose this hotel because it is connected to-the Rotterdam Cruise Terminal. It is close too many eateries. Ifwe return in the future we will rebook. This is a five star hotel. Thanks all.

Single room, small in size but with a fantastic view of the canal. There was no table and chair to work on the computer. I made do with the window sill and sitting on the edge of the bed. Comfortable bed and pillow. Fridge and coffee machine in the room. Everything clean and in perfect condition. Good wi-fi signal. Residential area and surroundings safe and secure.
