It's a beautiful hotel with a lovely restaurant upstairs; however, reservations are required for the upstairs dining area. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the windows offer views of the snowscape. It's a bit far from the city center.

I'm Japanese. I've also stayed at the Lapland Hotel in central Helsinki, and it's truly amazing. I booked a room with a sauna, and it was amazing. The sauna was amazing, and the view from the window was so beautiful it's indescribable. All the meals were delicious, and the service from the staff was excellent. They are very experienced and truly capture the hearts of their guests. I highly recommend this hotel. If you visit Rovaniemi, please stay here. I am Japanese. All the meals were delicious, and the staff provided exceptional service. They are highly experienced and really know how to make guests feel welcome. I genuinely recommend this hotel. If you visit Rovaniemi, you should definitely stay there.

The hotel restaurant has a great view, and the outdoor scenery is beautiful, overlooking a forest. The minibar is chargeable. The room has slippers and toothbrushes, but there are no USB ports; you'll need an adapter.

The room we stayed in was a normal one, but it was 961€ (just under 160,000 yen) for two nights with breakfast, which is a very high-end price. However, not only do Finnish hotels not provide toothbrushes or combs in the rooms, but this hotel also did not provide shoehorns. The room was also dry, and there were other issues such as a broken plug in the bathtub. I ended up at this hotel because I don't like unit baths, but I guess the price and quality are not in line because it's a famous tourist destination. The good points were that the breakfast was delicious, the restaurant we had dinner at was authentic, and the staff were friendly.

One of the best hotels in Rovaniemi, and the most expensive (especially in the tourist season). The breakfast is very rich, the forest is outside the window, and the aurora can be seen on the roof at night (depending on luck); The room is not too big, there is a kettle; Washing is separated from the toilet, spacious enough, and the hotel also has a public sauna; The only downside is that it is far from the city, and there is nowhere to go at night.

I came to check in after the meal time, and I had to wait for a long time in the middle. I didn't have food until five o'clock in the evening, because I was very hungry due to jet lag, and there was nothing nearby, so I had to wait for four hours. The style of the room is more masculine, including the taste of body milk, which is also suitable for men. It should be pretty good here in winter, supported by snow and aurora. The first floor is nicely arranged. Paid to upgrade to a deluxe room. The room is not too big. I feel that there are not many people staying in it, but a twin room is still provided. Hope the meal is satisfactory.

サウナ付きのジュニア・スィートに2泊しました。部屋は申し分ありませんでした。サウナが付いているので好きなときに好きなだけ入ることができます。サウナ内も広くてゆったりできました。 朝食のレストランは客席も十分あり、窓からの景色も素晴らしかったです。 エントランスのすぐ横にスキーのリフトがあって、スキーヤーにはオススメです。 屋上がオーロラスポットになっているので、このホテルにしたのですが、2泊とも曇り空のため屋上からはオーロラは見られませんでした。結局、現地のオーロラ・ツアーを予約する羽目になったのでオーロラ鑑賞にはオススメしません。現地ツアーなら曇り空でも97%の確率でオーロラを見られるスポットに案内してくれるからです。 また、エレベーターが無く、重いスーツケースを運んでくれる人もいません。自分で階段で運ばなければならないのはコストに見合っていないと思いました。
